In addition to this, the competent therapist will be able to better understand the referral and co-management options for their clients who are unresponsive to their care, and to recognize client 'Red Flags' and 'Yellow Flags'. This course IS NOT intended to train the massage therapist to in any way diagnose musculoskeletal complaints; rather, it is intended to prepare the therapist to provide a higher quality service to their client and to recognize the need for more prompt referral to another licensed health care provider.
