Information pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (Visa Code)1 This publication is based on information communicated by the Member States in accordance with Article 53(1) of the Visa Code as at 30.3.2010.2

List of Member States' authorities competent for extending the period of validity and/or the period of stay of an issued visa

Further to Article 33 (5) of the Visa Code, Member States must notify the authorities competent for extending the period of validity and/or the period of stay of an issued visa.
