1. TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES FOR OUT-OF-CYCLE ACTIVITIES:

Following activities will be charged separately if they are not already included in a particular cycle or have to be repeated in a cycle on Customers request:

ACTIVITY 20’ 40’

A. Lift on/lift off empty container from stack area to Rail wagon /Road trailer or vice-versa

Rs. 400 Rs. 730

B. Lift on/lift off loaded container from road vehicle to stack area/rail loading or vice-versa

2. TERMINAL SERVICE CHARGES:

In order to provide efficient services at the ICD, it is necessary to ensure that Container being used for Export or Import do not stagnate at ICD. Adequate Free Time for obtaining Customs Clearance and completing commercial formalities has been provided for various categories of Container. Thereafter, the Shipper/Importer/his Agent shall be liable to pay Terminal Service Charges over and above the Terminal Handling Charges.

• The rates for 20’ Containers are given below. The rates for 40’ containers will be double these rates.

• The day of unloading/arrival/stuffing of container is included while calculating Free Time.

Note:For 40’ above TSC charges will be double. 3. WHARFAGE CHARGES:

A. FOR EXPORT CARGO: Free time for export general cargo:

Note:After free time Sundays and holidays are included.

• For Marble blocks/Granite blocks cargo, 10 days free time including the day of arrival of cargo in Warehouse.

After free time Sundays and CONCOR holidays will be included.

Over the above, 12 % Service Tax + 2% cess on ST will be applicable on wharfage charges wef 19-4-06

Note:

Service Tax will not be applicable to any wharfage/storage charges for agricultural produce (un-processed).

B FOR IMPORT CARGO:

• Free time: 3-days (including date of de-stuffing in warehouse/nominated open space, Sundays and public holidays excluded)

Wharfage is leviable from the midnight of the date on which free time is over, till the cargo is removed from the ICD (inclusive all Sundays and CONCOR Holidays). Wharfage Rate will be Rs. 200/- per TEU per DAY.

Over the above, 12 % Service Tax + 2% cess on ST will be applicable on import wharfage wef 19-4-06

Note:

Service Tax will not be applicable to any wharfage/storage charges for agricultural produce (un-processed).

3. TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES:

Terminal Handling Charges for ICD Sabarmati, are given for full cycle of activities, given below:

The activities will include unloading of empty containers from Rail/Road; positioning of empty containers from stack to CFS area For stuffing; unloading & stacking of cargo at Warehouse, preparation of Tally of Cargo & providing Customs Examination, sealing of container after stuffing & loading the sealed container on long distance Road vehicle /rail wagon this cycle will includes survey of cargo and container]

B EXPORT- FACTORY STUFFING

I. The activities will include unloading empty, container from rail/vehicle loading empty container from Stack to road vehicle, unloading loaded container from road vehicle to Stack area and after Customs sealing/clearance loading of container on Road vehicle/rail wagon for transportation to Gateway Ports (the above Cycle will includes survey of empty and loaded container)

II. > 24 MT up to 30 MT (nwr/ro/iso/sbi/07/ dated 3/7/01)

IV. F/S without empty handling for containers arriving at ICD/SBI in loaded condition [Without empty handling at ICD the charge will be]

4. TARIFF FOR BONDED WAREHOUSING W.E.F 01/01/2004: I. Storage charges for Bonding at ICD, Sabaramati:

5. TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES FOR OUT-OF – CYCLE ACTIVITIES

The following activities will be charged separately if they are not already included in a particular cycle or have to be repeated in a cycle on CUSTOMER’S REQUEST

ACTIVITIES 20’ 40’

1. WEIGHMENT CHARGES:

a. Usage of CONCOR’s weighbridge for weighment of cargo or container vehicles on own trailers.

b. On Customers request weighment will be undertaken by CONCOR weighbridge, this includes lift on/lift off and transportation.

c. Weighment of Export and Import of individual packages (100%)

Over the above, 12 % Service Tax + 2% cess on ST if it relates

to Import cycle w.e.f. 19/04/06

8. VALUE ADDED SERVICES : A. LCL EXPORTS:

I. Transportation:

LCL Consolidation movements will be dispatched from ICD Sabarmati on a daily basis. The charges will be as under:

1. Transportation charges from NGSM /D-Node to Sabarmati: Import Rs. 1140/- per CBM or MT whichever is higher

2. Other Charges :

a. De-stuffing charges at ICD/SBI – Rs. 75/- per freight tonne in case of CBT

b. Delivery charges at ICD- Sabarmati – Rs. 55/- per tonne in case of CBT

(If Import in containers: As per normal Import ICD De-stuffing tariff) c. Warehousing charges at ICD/SBI per Sq. mtr./week as below

Note: For Hazardous cargo 20% extra will be charged.

Over the above, 12 % Service Tax + 2% cess on ST will be applicable wef 19-4-06 on a, b & C items as stated above w.e.f. 14/05/03, The 10% ST will be applicable on hazardous surcharge also:

C. AIR CARGO – BONDED TRUCKING MOVEMENT - EXPORT

Rates for Bonded Trucking movements of Air Cargo –Sabarmati – Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai

I. Handling Charges

General Cargo:

a) Minimum charges per consignment upto 25 Kgs : Rs. 50 b) Thereafter-additional weight Rs. 0.40/each additional Kg.

II. Wharfage Charges:

Free time upto 2 working days including date of arrival of first consignment. Thereafter wharfage charges will be levied Rs. 2 per Kg or part thereof on full cargo from day one till day of handling over Customs Cleared cargo to CONCOR without any benefit of holidays.

Note: We will be accepting only general cargo and hazardous/valuable perishable cargo will not be accepted.

12 % Service Tax + 2% cess on ST will be applicable wef 19-4-06 on export

III. Transportation charges:

IV. AAI Charges at Sahara Air Cargo Complex:

(w.e.f from 1/1/03: nwr/con/tn-icd/2002-03)

Rs. 0.66 per Kg subject to min. Rs. 110 per AWB (consignment) for general cargo will be charged.

V. CONCOR handling charges at Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai. (a) Rs. 150/- per shipping bill will be charged for N form clearance w.e.f

26/11/01 (nwr/ro/icd/sbi/com/tn/2001 dated 24/11/01).

(b) Rs. 1.10 per Kg towards freight forwarding & other documentation charges at Sahar Airport subject to min. Rs. 75 per AWB.

CONCOR will be providing the regular service on Wednesday/saturday. On these days charges as mentioned above will be levied irrespective of consignment size & weight.

On other days when there is no service can be provided subject to 24 hours advance notice and the min. charges of Rs. 7000/- for the transportation charges whichever is higher. The other charges such as handling at ICD Sabarmati, AAI

and CORCOR charges at Sahar will be separate and all above charges to be paid at ICD Sabarmati itself.

VI. Mis-declaration charges:

One time penalty of Rs. 500 per AWB will be levied in case of any mis-declaration by CHA/exporter in CONCOR’s forwarding note.

Notes:

1. Copy of TP duly signed by Customs officer is to be handed over to CORCOR office for Octroi clearance at Mumbai.

2. Normal forwarding note is to be filled up for cargo and other declaration 3. Set of AWB for handling purposed is to be handed over to us in cover writing

Airlines name & contact person.

4. Intimation to CONCOR office for booking CBT should be made one day in advance.

All above charges mentioned above will be collected at ICD Sabarmati.

C. AIR CARGO – BONDED TRUCKING MOVEMENT – IMPORT:

Rs 1000 per day in case the delay is on account of non-availability of required staff of Airline/ Airport Authority.

IV. Terminal charges at SBI end:

1. General Cargo Re. 1.00 per Freight Kilo 2. Hazardous Cargo Rs. 1.50 per Freight Kilo 3. Survey Charges Rs. 25.00 per consignment

(Average.1TEU = 4 consignment i.e. Rs. 100/- per TEU).

12 % Service Tax + 2% cess on ST will be applicable on item number 1,2 & 3 stated above w.e.f. 19/04/06,

V. Delivery Order Charges: Rs. 150 per consignment (For issuing cargo Arrival Notices to the CHA/Importer).

VI. Import Cargo storage: The import cargo received at the ICD would be permitted to be stored free in the warehouse for a period of one week. After this free period, charges will be levied as under:

• CONSIGNOR SHIPPING LINES SHOULD UNDERTAKE TO INDEMNITY CONCOR AGAINST ANY

CLAIMS RECEIVED BY IT FROM THEM/SHIPPER/IMPORTER FOR DAMAGES TO THEIR CONTAINERS/CONSIGNMENT DURING THE COURSE OF CARRIAGE/HANDLING OF CONTAINERS WEIGHING OVER 24TONNES GROSS. THEY SHOULD ALSO UNDERTAKE TO COMPENSATE CONCOR/ITS HANDLING CONTRACTOR FOR ANY DAMAGE WHICH SUCH OVERLOADED CONTAINER MAY CAUSE TO ANY HANDLING EQUIPMENT/FLAT DEPLOYEDFOR THEIR HANDLING/CARRIAGE.

• LINES/CHA SHOULD PUT ON `OVERLOAD’ STICKER ON ALL SUCH OVERLOADED

CONTAINERS SO THAT THEY ARE EASILY IDENTIFIED AT THE TIME OF THEIR HANDLING.

• LINES/CHA SHOULD DECLARE THE WEIGHT CORRECTLY IN FORWARDING NOTE AT THE

TIME OF BOOKING SUCH CONTAINERS. IN CASE ANY OVERWEIGHT IS DETECTED LATER, EITHER AT ORIGINATING TERMINAL ITSELF OR AT DESTINATION TERMINAL, IT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED TO BE A CASE OF MIS-DECLARATION AND PENAL CHARGES LEVIED AT THE RATE OF Rs.1000/- PER TONE OR PART THEREOF FOR EXCESS BEYOND THE DECLARED WEIGHT IN ADDITION TO RECOVERY OF DUE DIFFERNTIAL CHARGE (FREIGHT DUE MINUS PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING AS PER DECLARATION). THIS WILL ALSO APPLICABLE FOR IMPORT CARGO.

• TRUCK BRINGING EXPORT CARGO WILL BE PERMITTED TO ENTER ICD TILL 19.00 HRS.

• WORKING HOURS ARE 08.30 TO 22.00 HRS.

• ALL CARGO WILL BE STUFFED IN ACCORDANCE AND GUIDANCE OF SHIPPING

LINE/SHIPPER’S REPRESENTATIVE. IN THE ABSENCE OF SHIPPERS’ REPRESENTATIVE, THE CONTAINER WOULD BE STUFFED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF CONCOR AND EVERY EFFORT WOULD BE MADE TO GIVE BEST POSSIBLE STORAGE. CONCOR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LEFT OVER OF CARGO. RE-WORKING, IF DESIRED BY CHA, WILL BE ALLOWED ON PAYMENT OF USUAL RE-WORKING.

• NO EMPTY CONTAINER TRUCKS/TRAILOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE PARKED INSIDE ICD

AREA.

• CONTAINERS CARRYING OVER DIMENSIONAL CONSIGNMENT (ODC) FOR ISO CONTAINERS CARRYING ODC PROJECTING BEYOND THE DIMENSIONS (LENGTH, WIDTH OR HEIGHT), CONCOR WILL LEVY A CHARGE OF 20% OVER THE FREIGHT RATE. • A 20% SURCHARGE ON THE NORMAL FREIGHT RATE AND CONTAINER HANDLING

CHARGES WILL BE LEVIABLE ON EVERY CONTAINER ACCEPTED FOR CARRIAGE OF HAZARDOUS /DANGEROUS CARGO. AS DEFINED IN THE TARIFF OF INDIAN RAILWAYS, SUCH CONTAINERS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A PINK FORWARDING NOTE ONLY. PRIOR PERMISSION MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE BRINGING HAZARDOUS CARGO INSIDE ICD

ALL BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED BY CONCOR ON “PAID” BASIS

• ALL EXPORTERS/CHAs ARE REQUESTEDTO FILL IN AND PRESENT ONE FORWARDING NOTE

OF EACH SHIPMENT ALONG WITH ONE COPY OF SHIPPING BILL DULY ENDORSED BY CUSTOMS FOR IW BILL/RR.

• IMPORT LOADED CONTAINERS SHALL BE MOVED FOR EXAMINATION ONLY AFTER ALL

CUSTOMS AND OTHER FORMALITIES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND CUSTOM EXAMINATION ARRANGEDBY SHIPPER/AGENT.

• CONCOR WOULD RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHICH IMPORT CONTAINER AND WHAT

KIND OF IMPORT COMMODITIES ARE TO BE DESTUFFED IN THE ICD WAREHOUSE OR IN THE NOMINATED OPEN SPACE. FORREST, THE CARGO WILL BE LEFT IN THE CONTAINER ITSELF TILL FINAL DELIVERY IS TAKEN BY THE SHIPPER OR CUSTOM/CONCOR DESPOSES OFF THE GOODS FOLLOWING PROCEDURES LAID DOWN BY CONCOR AND AS SPECIFIED IN INDIAN CUSTOMS ACT.
