2 1. General information
IAG 2020 “THE HOTSPOT FOR ALL GYMNASTICS LOVERS!”
May 21st until May 24nd the International Ascension Gymnastics (IAG) 2020 will take place in the ancient city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, a city in the south of the Netherlands. This festival is meant for Gymnasts all around the world. In the amazing gymnastics atmosphere it will be possible to compete, train, perform and learn. All of this takes place in a great and relaxed location with music,
entertainment, good food, and lots of possibilities to make friends from all over the world.
INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT
The IAG organizes all kinds of international tournaments and performances. You can participate in the following disciplines:
• Acrobatic Gymnastics
• Women’s Artistic Gymnastics
• DMT
• Trampoline
• Your Stage
• Gym for life challenge
For Acrobatic Gymnastics this is the schedule:
• International tournament, Friday May 22nd , Saturday May 23rd and Sunday May 24th 2020
• Workshops and clinics, Thursday May 21st 2020
The competition for Acrobatic Gymnastics is open for regional, national and international teams.
Besides the regular competition there will be a “team competition” for A level teams (More information in art. 5)
In this competition the following age categories can participate and FIG rules and regulations will be used.

4. Competition program ABC levels
Qualifications and finals in all disciplines (Men’s pairs, Women’s pairs, mixed pair, Women’s groups and Men’s groups)
Qualifications: For youth (combined), Age group, Junior and Senior, B and C level (1 balance routine + 1 dynamic routine)
Finals: top 6, 8 or 12 of the qualifications, depending upon the number of participants of pairs/groups in each category.
1 to 8 pairs/groups 6 finalists
9 to 16 pairs/groups 8 finalists
over 16 pairs/groups 12 finalists
Determination of final ranking:
All Finals start from zero
5 Competition program DE levels
D and E levels have their competition in their own category: ‘Jeugd’, ‘Junior’ and ‘Senior’. One combined exercise, medal ceremony after each competition on the stage outside.
Jury
Each association must make a member of the jury available for each competition that they have participants. This rule is only strictly applied when there appears to be a shortage.
5. Acrobatic Team Competition A level
The following rules are used:
- The team competition will consist of three teams of choice that are pre-recorded - The three teams should consist of at least 2 different age categories
- At least 1 pair and 1 group
Registration for the team competition can be done through the team-competition form (This must be send to you) and to return the form to [email protected] BEFORE January 20th 2020)

7. Draw for starting order
The draw will take place on April 5th 2020 under the supervision of the organization comity and the acrobatic gymnastics competition manager. Each pair/group will receive their own number that needs to be filled in on the tariff sheet, that need to be send back by e-mail.
8. Accreditation competition sheets and music
Accreditation:
- Flik-Flak hall, ground floor (info point) - Thursday May 21st from 09.00 – 21.00
The accreditation system identifies the individual participation of gymnasts and shows who can enter which area. All participants, coaches and judges are required to have their accreditation with them at all times.
During the accreditation, the coaches check all the names for the entire delegation. They also hand over 1CD, of each routine for their gymnasts (1CD to be sure). They are also in possession of all the

passports of the participants so that the date of birth and nationality can be checked. They will also receive the final competition schedule.
The accreditation is personal, cannot be lent to someone else. It is mandatory to have the
accreditation to get access to the training and competition facilities, meals and staying overnight.

The music will be played from a computer, in order to avoid mistakes and non-readable cd’s. We do ask to hand in 1 extra cd during accreditation just to be sure.

ACCOMODATION
The IAG has eighteen well equipped training facilities for: Women’s Artistic, Men’s Artistic, Acrobatic Gymnastics, Trampoline, Dance, Fitness and other disciplines.
The IAG trainings facility is well-known and highly recommended by many international gymnasts, as well as international teams. In the past, national teams from the USA, Japan, Germany, Hong-Kong, Israel, Portugal, Belgium, Austria and the United Kingdom visited the venue for training camps.
