No Kitten is released without a signed contract to the breeder. All deposits are non-refundable.

Please go over and read each section carefully signature on page 5 states that you have read, understand, and agree the entire contract.

(if purchased with limited registration kitten must be neutered or spayed by 6 months of age.

Is very rarely given out but may be given to an approved breeding home.

Breeding females will not be bred before 14 months of age. Any cat bred without health testing will void the health guarentee

A DEPOSIT OF $300 WHICH IS NON REFUNDABLE IS REQUIRED TO HOLD KITTEN OF CHOICE.

THIS COVERS ANY INHERITED DEFECT THAT WOULD SIGNIFANTLY ALTER THE LIFE SPAN OF THE KITTEN.

Kitten must be seen and examined by buyer’s licensed veterinarian within 10 days of picking kitten up, and a copy of the report must be sent to breeder's mailing address within 10 days of being seen by veterinarian, or the health guarantee of this contract is voided. Breeder will make a copy for co-owner.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PROBLEM ARISES?

Breeder must be notified within 72 hours of diagnosis.

Kitten must be returned to breeder within 15 days of diagnosis at buyers expense for replacement kitten (a meeting place may or may not be arranged with breeder within a reasonable distance), along with veterinarian

documentation/report.

A replacement kitten of equal value will be given from a current litter (if available) or a future litter. No refunds or monies will be given, breeder will not be held responsible for veterinary care costs and will not reimburse these costs.

Kitten is not to be declawed. De-clawing your kitten will void the health guarantee.

NOT COVERED UNDER HEALTH CONTRACT ARE NORMAL OR NATURAL AILMENTS

COCCIDIA GIARDIA, RESPERATORY, HERNIAS,

INJURIES FROM PLAY,

INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL PARASITES

Communicable viruses or diseases from taking kitten out of the home environment before they have completed 3 rounds of vaccinations. It is highly discouraged to take your kitten out into a public area before they are fully vaccinated.

Injuries

THIS SECTION IS FOR THE LIFE OF THE KITTEN

Each kitten must be registered with "Boondocks", at the beginning of the name. THIS MUST REMAIN IN THE BEGINNING OF THE REGISTERED NAME.

If for any reason buyer cannot keep kitten at any point in the kitten’s life breeder must be given first right of refusal, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS OR MONIES WILL BE GIVEN BY BREEDER TO BUYER. (Breeder can be reached by phone, text message, e-mail, Facebook, or mail delivery) Any veterinary/vaccine documentation and any registration papers must be supplied to breeder as well. If rehomed without breeder knowledge or written consent, there will be a fee of $1,000 due immediately from buyer to breeder for breach of contract. If found to be placed/surrendered to rescue/shelter by buyer any and all costs incurred by breeder to get Kitten

out will be due immediately to breeder from buyer plus the $1,000 fee for breach of contract. Breeder knows things happen and kitten may somehow get away and be found and taken to a shelter/rescue by a bystander.

If this occurs buyer will be given a reasonable amount of time to take kitten back. If not picked up by buyer in a reasonable amount of time there will be a $1,000 fee due to breeder, buyer forfeits all rights to kitten and any costs incurred to breeder to get kitten out will be due immediately to breeder by buyer.

Breeder offers lifetime breeder support; any questions or concerns can be asked.

BUYER AGREES THAT KITTEN WILL NOT BE USED IN DOG FIGHTS OR AS BAIT, OR NEGLECTED OR ABUSED.

If this is found to occur kitten will be surrendered to breeder at the expense of the buyer with no refunds or monies given to buyer. A fee of $1,500 will become immediately due from buyer to breeder for breach of contract.

Kitten is not to be declawed. De-clawing your kitten will void the health guarantee.

The breeder does not guarantee size, stature, conformation, or fertility (if sold with breeding rights) of Kitten. There are many things that play into size and or fertility such as nutrition, exercise, keeping the kitten parasite free, etc. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep kitten healthy for the rest of its life once in buyer’s possession.

Breeder also does not guarantee ribbons in show for any discipline.

If a Kitten needs to be shipped breeder only ships via ground, if a shipper other than breeder is to transport kitten they must be willing to sign an agreement stating that once kitten is in their possession kitten is their responsibility to care for (feed, give water, exorcize, clean up after, etc.) and that if anything happens to kitten they are responsible for any and all fees that may incur (vet, injuries, lethargy, dehydration, death, etc.).

A replacement kitten or refund will not be given if an unfortunate event should happen to the kitten It is shipper’s responsibility to replace bought kitten or any costs buyer paid out for kitten and delivery.

This contract constitutes the full agreement between breeder and buyer. It shall be governed in the state of

Wisconsin and in the county of Waupaca if any legal action must be brought. Any costs incurred to breeder having to go into court will be due to breeder from buyer immediately. Plus, any fines for breach of contract listed in contract.
