Dear Colleague,
iGlobal Forum is pleased to present the
5th Real Estate Crowdfunding
Summit, taking place in Marina Del Re

ct, real estate crowdfunding has established itself as a major game changer
. By reshaping and shifting the way individuals fi
nd and invest in properties, and by introducing tech-based solutions and r
emoving some of the most challenging barriers to real estate inv
esting, real estate crowdfunding has opened new doors for both investors and borr
owers alike. But with the marketplace abuzz with new crowdfunding plat
forms, how can investors and borrowers cut through the noise, de
termine the best deal structures and investable projects for the best risk-adjus
ted returns? Find the answers at iGlobal Forum’s 5
th Real Estate Crowdfunding Summit wher
e investors, real estate developers and the t
op crowdfunding platforms will gather under one roof to share latest insight
s and best practices in raising capital successfully for deals in this bur
geoning marketplace.
Kind regards, iGlobal Forum Team
