Why choose us?

voxclever enables service providers to create, deliver and manage cloud communication services for their end users. We provide the tools needed to meet the demands of customers and compete effectively on service agility, without the need to make resource and time intensive investments. We have been serving partners since 2009, and have proven expertise in delivering large, complex cloud communications solutions, as well as operating a multi tenanted, and multi hierarchal platform.

We have been chosen as the Design Authority for Tier 1 carriers and service providers looking to develop and deploy cloud solutions.

Using our experience, skills and platforms, we work with our partners to develop and deliver on their promises.

How do we help?

Speed to market

We offer rapid market entry for enterprise cloud communications solutions, and enable our partners to become more agile, a quality which is essential in a fast moving market.

Providers can no longer rely on core business to grow, as over time this will diminish as products become commoditised. Acting now will mean that new revenue streams can be generated, ensuring their continued success.

(4)

Meet the demand

We enable our partners to move up the value chain more quickly than their competitors and deliver services that match demand, without shouldering development costs and stretching internal expertise that could be allocated elsewhere.

Reducing the capital costs of product development means that our partners can benefit from additional revenues and improved cash flow.

Differentiate

We give our partners the ability to differentiate their product offerings. Unified communications is no longer niche, and as more providers enter the market, the need to stand out is essential. We make it easy for our partners to create new and bespoke solutions, and get them to market in minutes. This gives our partners a competitive advantage.

Identity

Our fully brandable tools and interfaces allow our partners to maintain their brand identity and sell customised solutions to their customers. Brand equity is the key to the success of our partners in a fast paced market.

(5)

Product as a Service

We are able to supply our partners with expertise and knowledge to assist them in getting their differentiated solutions to market fast.

Outsourcing the development of a new suite of products means our partners not only get to market fast, but also reduce the CAPEX required to develop the product in house.

Our in house experts work closely with, and support our partners in multiple areas, increasing their agility and providing industry insight into best practice when deploying new and complex

communication solutions.

We believe this model provides our partners with all the tools and knowledge to help them focus on their core business, driving revenue opportunities, confident in the knowledge that products will be delivered.

The market

Providers are seeing their enterprise customer base become increasingly dynamic in what they ask of them. They want to enable mobile workers, allow for more flexibility in procuring services and ultimately, determine themselves who controls the services they are using. This means there is a growing need to offer services that are more dynamic and ready to meet these new demands. Enterprises are also changing the way they operate. Many are focussing on improving agility within their organisations, including rationalising their real estate, and making greater use of the benefits of a more mobile society. With this greater flexibility comes a requirement for greater control of business assets and communication is no different.

(6)

Enterprise Cloud Communications

We can offer an integrated solution for voice, video and collaboration services sold on a per user basis.

All our services are provided ‘over the top’ of our partners’ core data networks. By leveraging existing infrastructure they are able to increase the average revenue per user, which brings with it the opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell value added services.

We provide our partners with access to our industry leading management and service orchestration layer which gives them full access to manage and control their customer base.

Integration into third party distribution channels provides an automated system for all aspects of the solution, reducing deployment costs and errors.

(9)

(10)

b) Branding

Our partners’ brand is what makes them unique, and this is something we have taken into

consideration in the design and development of portals. All aspects of the interface, including logos, images and backgrounds are fully customisable to our partner’s needs.

We also provide the ability to customise all the naming conventions on the interface, aligned with our partners’ identity. This ability will help them stand out from the crowd in a fast paced market.

c) Hierarchy

Our solution provides multiple levels of hierarchy to allow partners to fully control who has access to the system, and what they have access to.

Permissions can easily be configured, allowing easy management of customers, as well as pushing control down to the point of demand. The following levels are currently available:

· Reseller · Customer

· Department / Site · End user

All changes to services and users are tracked and logged by the system to provide further analytics to our partners.

The ease of use of the portal and the range of features and functionality contained assists in deploying and managing customers easily and efficiently.

Architecture

Our carrier grade platform is fully owned and managed by voxclever, and we continue to onward develop to ensure the latest features and services are available to our partners.

All our services are provided from our hosted environment, via private dedicated interconnects. Our platform is fully resilient, operating hot standby, and located in multiple data centres. We interconnect to several major Tier 1 and Tier 2 CSPs for traffic and routing, ensuring high quality and high availability.

(11)

a) Lab and staging environment

We have full test and staging facilities within our lab environment, and rigorously test all new features and services before deploying to the live network. We are closely aligned to the latest releases of our suppliers’ features and functionality, deploying upgrades ‘n-1’ years once stable, ensuring our customers have access to these releases at the earliest point in time.

b) Integration

We can integrate into platforms and applications, for products and services we feel will complement our partners’ portfolios, as well as those that are specific to individual partners’ needs.

Some examples of these include integration into Remedy, Salesforce, JD Edwards, UltraSoft, and Surgemail, as well as third party platforms providing mobility, call recording and call centre applications.
