Summary

The DCG Partner Program offers a tremendous opportunity for channel partners and resellers to scale their cloud business portfolio. Our channel partner program offers access to a dedicated partner portal, incorporating online training, deal registration, pricing tools, coop marketing & materials and sales collateral. A DCG Channel Partner will have a named account manager within our channel management team, as well as 24 x 7 365 access to support from our UK based customer and technical engineering help desk team.

How to become a DCG Channel Partner

DCG selects its channel partner or reseller organisations based on their ability to articulate, market and sell DCG’s managed backup & disaster recovery services - we are looking for motivated

companies that recognise the value that DCG solutions bring.

Accreditations

We work with our customers across all industry sectors to maintain the highest levels of compliance to the numerous standards and bodies that are in force to ensure best practice for storing electronic data. We hold the following ISO accreditations which are independently assessed and recognised throughout the IT industry:

 ISO27001 - The international best practice standard for information security management

 ISO20000 - The international standard for IT Service Management benchmarking the delivery of managed services, measuring service levels and performance assessment

 ISO9001 - The international standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction

DCG is appraised by BSI UKAS accredited auditors and our IMS management team carry out regular audits both in-house and onsite.

The DCG partner portal is an important link between our partners and DCG. Maintaining good communication is key to the success in any relationship and the partner portal is a valuable tool for helping to achieve this, as well as a centralised pool for information and resources to assist in growing your business.

Joint Business Planning

We work with you to tailor an individual plan, created around your business. DCG believe in keeping it simple, but ensuring we have clear mutually agreed objectives and all the required actions in place to successfully achieve these objectives and grow your business.

Coop marketing activities

As part of our commitment to you, DCG provide funding for approved activities in addition to a comprehensive set of tools and resources to support your marketing requirements. By running marketing activities in partnership, DCG help your marketing budget stretch further and ensure that you get the most from your marketing investment.

Dedicated Channel sales

DCG provide you with a named channel manager to work alongside you as an extension of your team and ensure your success.

Deal Registration

You work hard to build relationships and generate opportunities, so protect them and gain an additional discount through our deal registration program via the partner portal.

Retain and add value

Building a good customer base takes time and financial investment. So having the ability to retaining clients for many years by adding value and having a genuine reason to maintain regular contact is priceless.

Partner Levels

Referral Partner:

The DCG Referral partner level is for companies looking to scale their cloud business portfolio at a basic partner level. There are no annual fees or revenue requirements. Additionally, there are no certification or training requirements at this level. Organisations that would benefit from this level are resellers, consultants, systems integrators and solution providers where disaster recovery, backup, data storage & archiving are not core to your business.

Benefits:

A Referral partner will receive access to the partner portal, marketing collateral and up to 15% discount for referral opportunities registered and approved with DCG.

Gold Partner:

The DCG Silver partner level is for companies that have a practice that is specifically focused upon disaster recovery, backup, data storage & archiving and are looking to actively scale their cloud business portfolio.

Requirements:

 Partner Sales teams to be trained to a basic level of understanding so that they can accurately identify and qualify opportunities.

 All opportunities to be registered with DCG immediately following qualification, this will enable us to plan and provide resources to support you in providing your customers with a seamless and accurate service.

 Jointly develop a quarterly business plan with a mutually agreed objective and the actions required to successfully achieve this.

Platinum Partner:

The DCG Platinum partner level is for companies that have a practice that is specifically focused upon disaster recovery, backup, data storage & archiving and are looking to actively scale their cloud business portfolio. Platinum provide 1st level technical support to their customers; typically working on larger and more technically complex, Enterprise level solutions.

Requirements:

 2x Sales personnel to be trained to a good level of competence and understanding, enabling them to accurately identify and qualify more complex opportunities.

 2x Technical personnel certified to provide 1st level support.

 All opportunities to be registered with DCG immediately following qualification, this will enable us to plan and provide resources to support you in providing your customers with a seamless and accurate service.

 Jointly develop a quarterly business plan with a mutually agreed objective and the actions required to successfully achieve this.

Benefits:

A Platinum partner will receive up to 30% discount on opportunities registered and approved with DCG. You will also receive a named channel account manager, coop marketing (as part of an agreed business plan), access to the DCG partner portal, marketing collateral, sales support and 24x7 365 access to support from our UK based customer and technical engineering helpdesk team.
