Dear Colleague,

Over the last 12 months, the insurance industry has truly demonstrated its ability to come together

in the fight against fraud, as well as collaborating with external agencies. But there is much work

still to be done, and we must make sure we capitalise on our progress so far to ensure continued

improvement.

Post’s annual Fraud event is the leading forum in which to define and debate better ways of

combatting fraud. This year’s programme will touch on key industry initiatives such as IFED and the

IFR, as well as taking a close look at emerging fraud trends. As always, the conference will provide a

unique opportunity for the leaders in the field to network and share best practice with their peers,

ensuring the industry continues to stay one step ahead of the fraudsters.

I look forward to seeing you at the conference in October.
