Short Term Unoccupied Policy

Short Term Unoccupied Policy.

This policy benefits from a panel arrangement and is designed for properties left vacant for 30 days or more. It is ideal for properties either awaiting probate, sale or owner occupation. Cover is available for 3, 6 or 9 months to be flexible to your clients’ needs.

Overview

- Cover can be extended mid-term up to 6 or 9 months depending on original cover period

- Policies will automatically lapse after the selected period

- Ideal for properties that are going through probate, being sold or are being renovated for owner occupation
