WHAT IS FROST MOBILE?

IN A WORD, FREEDOM

With Frost Mobile, you can manage your finances anywhere, anytime. There are two simple ways to do it, depending on your mobile device and preference. You can either log in to our mobile web service using your mobile device’s Internet browser, or you can use text messaging with simple text commands.

Either way, it’s never been easier to view your account balances, monitor account activity, transfer funds or pay bills. And because this service comes from Frost, you can rest easy that it’s safe and secure.

This User Guide will take you through the mobile web process. If you’d like to learn how to use text messaging, visit frostbank.com/mobile and click on “How it Works.”

With our mobile web service, you don’t have to download a thing. You simply need to be a current My Frost user with a mobile device that has web access. But don’t worry if you aren’t registered for My Frost Online Banking, doing so is simple.

REGISTERED MY FROST ONLINE BANKING USERS

Using the web browser on your mobile device, type in the URL frostmobile.com. Then log in with your My Frost User ID and Password.

NON-REGISTERED MY FROST ONLINE BANKING USERS

To register for My Frost Online Banking, visit frostbank.com from your computer. Be sure to have your Frost ATM & Visa Checkcard number and PIN ready.

When you log in to Frost Mobile, you’ll automatically arrive at the “View Accounts” page. This first page will provide a snapshot of your accounts. For security purposes, your accounts will be listed using only the account nickname you designated in My Frost Online Banking and the last four digits of your account number.

You’ll receive a verification screen displaying the “From” and “To” accounts, the date the transfer will occur and the amount of the transfer.

Once you have reviewed the information for accuracy, click “Submit.” The next screen will either confirm that an immediate transfer has been made or confirm that a future transfer has been scheduled.

M A K E T R A N S F E R S

To navigate to the “Make a Transfer ” page, click on the “Make a Transfer ” link at the bottom of any screen. Frost Mobile offers the ability to make immediate or scheduled transfers to any of your Frost accounts. You can also transfer to any external accounts you’ve previously set up in My Frost Online Banking.

HOW TO TRANSFER FUNDS

STEP 1: Select a “From” account by clicking on the account name. STEP 2: Select a “To” account by clicking on the account name. STEP 3: The first available transfer date will be filled in automatically. If you

wish to schedule the transfer for another day, please enter a new date (mm/dd/yyyy). STEP 4: Enter the amount of money to transfer in the text box.

PAY B I L L S

To navigate to the “Pay a Bill” page, click on the “Pay a Bill” link at the bottom of any screen.

HOW TO PAY BILLS

STEP 1: Select a “Payee” from the list provided. Payees will only display if they have been previously set up in My Frost Online Banking.

STEP 2: Select a “From” account by clicking on the account from which you’d like to pay the bill. It must be a Frost checking or money market account.

STEP 3: The first available payment date will be filled in automatically. If you wish to schedule the payment for another day, please enter a new date (mm/dd/yyyy). STEP 4: Enter the amount to be paid in the text box.

STEP 5: Click “Next.”

You’ll receive a verification screen displaying the payee and “From” account, the date the payment will be sent on and the amount of the payment.

To log out, click on the “Log Out” link at the bottom of any screen. You’ll then be redirected to the Frost Mobile homepage.

• With our mobile web service, you use the same secure login with your My Frost Online Banking User ID and Password.

• For our text messaging service, you activate your phone number through My Frost Online Banking, ensuring your profile is only aligned with your mobile device.

• No full account numbers are ever displayed, transmitted or stored on your phone during your use of Frost Mobile, so you needn’t worry about identity theft if your phone is lost or stolen. To ensure the security of your accounts, do not store your User ID, Password or account numbers on your mobile device.

• Thanks to our $0 liability guarantee, you will not be held responsible in the unlikely event of an unauthorized transaction when reported to Frost in a timely manner (within 60 days after the statement showing the transaction has been mailed to you). You can refer to the My Frost Online Banking Agreement for complete details.
