Sponsorship Opportunities

Aptify is offering

Standard and Premium sponsorship packages for AUC2015. If you would like

further exposure, we also offer add-on opportunities. Is there something you’d like to offer our

attendees but don’t see on the list? Call us to discuss how you can maximize your visibility.

Standard Package: $3,500

Add-On Opportunities

Add-On sponsorship opportunities are available to all Standard and Premium sponsors at

AUC2015. Some opportunities are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Descriptions and Details

Conference Registrations

Sponsor registrations provide access to all general sessions, breakout sessions, receptions, and events during the conference. Standard sponsors receive one complimentary registration. Premium sponsors receive two complimentary registrations. Additional sponsor registrations can be secured for $975 per person.

Exhibitor Plaza

Setup/Breakdown: Setup of the Exhibitor Plaza will begin on Sunday evening at 5:00 pm. Breakdown officially begins at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, though you may keep your space functional until the last registrant has gone (the conference officially ends at noon on Wednesday).

Exhibitor Space: Space in the Exhibitor Plaza will be specially reserved for Premium Sponsors. Standard Sponsor space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Each sponsor will receive a highboy table and chair in the exhibitor plaza. Tablecloths will be provided. We request that all banners be standing floor banners (not tabletop). Wireless access is available, though electrical access cannot be guaranteed.

Exhibitor Plaza Materials: We encourage you to bring any materials you want to distribute to our guests. You can ship all Exhibitor Plaza materials directly to the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center at the following address to arrive no earlier than Thursday, October 15:

Exhibitor Hours: The Exhibitor Plaza will remain open for the duration of the conference. However, exhibitor hours will be set during all breaks and the afternoon Connect Sessions on Monday and Tuesday. Please see the conference itinerary for specific times.

Listing on AUC Website/Mobile App/Brochure

Sponsor logos will appear on the AUC website

(www.aptifyusersconference.com) once the AUC2015 information is released or as soon as sponsorship is secured. Please send a high-resolution .jpg or .eps file of your logo for use on the website, the mobile app, and the brochure. Because your logo will also be used on conference signage, please make sure the file is either a vector graphic or large enough to support large-format printing.

Welcome Bag Insert

Your one-page flyer should not exceed 8.5 x 11 inches. We are anticipating 275 total attendees. Please send all flyers by October 9 to:

Attendee Lists

Electronic copies of the attendee lists will be sent approximately 10 days before and after the start of the conference. Lists will include mailing and email addresses, title, and association name.

Meal/Breaks/Reception Sponsorship

Premium sponsors may choose one sponsorship of

breakfast (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday), lunch (Monday or Tuesday), evening receptions (Sunday or Tuesday), or all breaks. Such sponsored events will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Each event sponsor will be featured on corresponding signage during the event.

Breakout Session Submission

Premium sponsors may submit a proposal to co-present a Breakout Session along with an Aptify client or staff member. Acceptance of the submission is not guaranteed, as all conference sessions are selected by the Aptify User Community and the AUC Committee, made up of Aptify Community members. (Premium sponsors with a minimum spend of $10,000 will have their submission guaranteed to be selected.)

Guest Blog Submission

AUC guest posts will run in October, leading up to the conference. Please consult the AUC website for this year’s theme, but you are welcome to submit text (500 words maximum) that you feel will be of maximum value to our readers. Aptify reserves the right to edit for size and style.

Conference Brochure Advertising

Premium sponsors each receive a half-page. Half-page ads may also be secured through add-on opportunities at the rate of $1,000 per ad.

Should the combined pricing of your Premium Package, your Add-On sponsorship, and/or your paid registrations reach or exceed $10,000, you will receive one full-page ad in the conference brochure (upgraded from a half-page). Specs:

Full page: 5.5 x 8.5 inches

Half page (horizontal): 5.5 x 4.25 inches

If your ad has a full bleed, please make sure your file exceeds the trim size by 0.125 inches.

Mobile App Advertising

Banner ads: Rotating banner ads bring your company increased exposure to our attendees. Banner ads will run once the mobile app is released through the duration of the conference.

Push Notifications: Reach out to our attendees with a push notification that will drive them to your space in the Exhibitor Plaza or highlight your sponsorship of an event. (limit 2 per sponsor)

Connect Session Presentations

Connect Sessions are held on Monday and Tuesday afternoons and provide our attendees the opportunity to connect with one another and with our sponsors. Premium sponsors will receive one 10-minute presentation time block to address attendees in the Aptify Lounge and Technology Playground. These presentations will appear in the conference brochure and in the mobile app.
