Overview

The Oxygen Product Selection Guide is designed to assist in the selection of the oxygen analyzer

system that is most appropriate to the application. The engineer will need to be aware of application

specifics such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and hazardous area rating. In case the

application requires equipment beyond that included herein, please fill out the application data

sheet at the back of this document and forward it to the local Yokogawa representative.

To use this guide, begin with the Oxygen Analyzer selection (page 3) and follow the flow charts to

build the model codes by answering the “yes” or “no” questions. Use Figure 1 below as an

example.

Completing the sections, which specify the analyzer, detector, calibration unit, cabling, and

“separate line item accessories” in this guide will provide all the model codes required for an

oxygen analyzer system. A review of the General Specifications for the models selected is

recommended to ensure that they meet the particular application requirements.
