Education: A Way To Development

Education is a representation of human, social and national development. Basically, the purification of thought is a development. It is only done through the knowledge, and the education is a source of knowledge. It has an immense effect on the human society and one‟s personality. It provides us the thrust in getting ahead and doing something constructive in our future. Today, we are becoming only mark-oriented and getting failure as we ignore the other qualities which can enhance our reasoning power and development of personality. The present research article modestly attempts to present the personal, social and national development is outcome of various types of educations. Innovative education can change the personality of youth which can change the face of our country. Education is the main bridge between personality and development.

Introduction:
Education is a mirror of human, social and national development. An essential harmony between faith and reason is only possible through education. Education has an immense effect on the human society. It transforms a person to live a better life and more importantly in a socially well being. In today‟s world, education has become more vital and it is an absolute necessity for economic and social development of a nation. Education creates “social awareness for social action with goals”1 It is a precious wealth that can not be robbed and a powerful instrument for reducing poverty and inequality. It is very important for an individual‟s success in life. It is generally seen as foundation of society which brings economic wealth, social prosperity and political stability. “Education is an extremely important activity in any society. It provides the people, more especially the youth, with an opportunity, both to understand the nature of their environment, natural and social, and their own specific experience and role in the environment”.2 It is a major aspect of development of any modern society. It is the best investment for the people because well educated people have more opportunities to get a job which gives the satisfaction. The main purpose of education is to educate individuals within society, to prepare and qualify them for work in economy as well as to integrate people into society, and teach them values and morals of society. Man carries on a life-long struggle to master his surroundings, and he is constantly trying to change the world. “Education is the agency devised by man to facilitate and perfect the process of adjustment of his young ones.”3 The role of education is a way of socializing individuals and to keep society

It is the foundation to acquire knowledge and skills which are essential to participate in and benefits from globalization. One of the education essential tasks is to enable people to understand themselves. It has also a vital role to play in assisting students to understand their cultural identity. A good education can lead to more rewarding career and increase self-respect. To build our personality as well as national identity, there are various forms of education. e.g.
childhood education, adult education, art education, sport education, business education, career education and health education through which human and community development is done.
Childhood Education:
Everyone must do work hard to cultivate moral conduct. Education mainly begins at home; one does not acquire knowledge from a teacher, one can learn and get knowledge from a parent or a family member. Today‟s parents spend more time at work and they don‟t have time their young children to develop basic skills, so childhood education continuous to grow. It provides a solid foundation in the latter success. It also encourages children to investigate, discover and motivate to take risks. It can help to enhance their abilities. It has the potential for producing positive and lasting effects on children. It offers the great opportunities which foster in each child, the development of child‟s spiritual, emotional and intellectual well beings. It enhances the ability of households, to manage and maintain health problems, improvement of childcare, nutrition and plan for future.
Adult Education:
Adult education can change the total life of human being. It can add learning experience. It mirrors social life also. It is field of practice. We can learn various views and attitudes in groups and community. Through adult education, we can do courses to help us to get work or change job. We can do computer, internet and professional development courses. The training programs are arranged through the adult education provides services for adult in community. They also provide opportunities for people to connect and reconnect with learning at all stages of lives.
Adult education programs emphasize basic skills such as reading, writing language competency and problem solving. Today, there is a need for greater recognition for adult education.
Art Education:
To live a good and prosperous life is an art, but it needs various skills. With self- expression and communication art is a way through which we learn meaning of joy of work for the satisfaction of a job well done. Art education, with other education, has a desperate need in our society for the work of fulfillment, work for social recognition and economic development. Art education is the area of learning drawing, painting, sculpture and designing. It provides students with extensive opportunity to apply theory to practice. Art education curriculum covers a wide range of art classes to give student exposure to the different types of arts. Its curriculum includes dance, drama, and music that have been development for students. It creates dais to exposure of our skills. It enhances motivation to keep children interested in education and improves a child‟s experiences in several areas. It improves self discipline and open mindedness.
The visual arts, dramas, literature enhances the awareness as well as understanding the various cultures of the past and present. Art education programs deals with

Sport Education:
The sport education plays a key role in personality development. The aim of the sport education is to help student become skilled sport participants. It develops skills as well as fitness specific to particular sport among the students can experience the personal and social values by playing a sport. Life skills like self confidence, team work, discipline, communication are developed by sport education. Through sport we (students) are given the chance to be leaders and improve our self-esteem. A basic goal of sport education is the cultivation of the moral education in all aspects. It is a type of a physical education that emphases participation in sports in a way of developing skills, practicing good sportsmanship, leading and active life style and learning leadership skills. It can also promote more conscious care of one‟s own body. The purpose of the physical and sport education is to improve healthy life styles and to provide students with a competitive, individual and life time activities.
Sport learning programs are creating environments that are safe and promote stable relationship among the children. They are helping to build strong communities and contributing to a peaceful society. Sport activities are very significant to develop good and secular relationships among the states and different countries. It is said that God made country and man made boundaries, but such boundaries are joined by the various sport activities. Love and respect is created by the sport education also.
Business Education:
Business and education are two important hallmarks that feed human culture.
Business education can provide us with fundamental of business. This education prepares us for the world of works and it recognizes the individual needs, differences of abilities of us. It plays a key role in curriculum of schools and colleges because of importance of business in our society today. This type of education offers us an introduction to the business world and enables us to understand the operation of the business. Business education helps us to develop problem solving skills and enhance our personal improvement. One who takes business or professional degrees has strong oral, written and media communication skills and he has the broad knowledge of management, marketing and money. The professional or business degree holders have more options when they enter the world of business. As they have innovative ideas, they not only work, but can change the face and develop the infrastructure of a business. An MBA or master level business education involves improving companies by analyzing business practices, management, consultation and effectiveness. They solve the performance problems, and role in the development of effective and efficient business plans. Business education opens up a world of career options and it can greatly increase job opportunities. It can lead to variety of jobs in private and public sector such as investment banker, loan officer, real estate professional, financial management or marketing manages. Business education is not only valuable for personal development but also a factor for development of our country.
Career Education:
To each and everyone, career development is the most important desire. Everyone struggles for it. If we are looking for something different in our life and want to place

A better career education provides better salary and greater benefits. Today, we are living in a competitive world which demands the best of what we don‟t have. The only way to keep providing our best in life is to update our knowledge with necessary career education. There are so many local as well as online career courses and programs available in every field. With good benefits, career education offers us self satisfaction and confidence. The main aim of the career education programs is to give students the specific skills needed for job entry positions. This education allows us to see how the world can change. Today, with traditional degrees, it is essential that every student should have vocational course certificate which would be useful for his career. Students should be motivated towards professional degrees also.
Health Eduation:
Health is wealth. Everything has cost but health has value. If we lost wealth nothing is lost, but if we lost health everything is lost. For this purpose, health education is important. Through the health education programs, students learn how to improve their health and prevent diseases by developing skills. Students offer a positive physical, emotional and social environment and health education offers students an opportunity to acquire knowledge and practice skills that can benefit them through out life. Health education is very necessary today because the large number of people falling to common sickness which increase s from a year to another. It helps students to gain new information about healthy living and learn developing tools which are necessary to live healthy life. It is also concerned with the quality of life and encompasses the physical and social well being of the every member of the society.
Besides, health education system promotes the idea of responsibility for one‟s health by addressing health concerns like nutrition, exercise, fitness, disease, prevention, growth and development, environmental and social health. It also improves life skills such as self-esteem, decision making, effective communication, character building and stress management.
In nutshell, all round development of personality is called education. The purification of thought is a development. It is only done through knowledge, and the education is a source of knowledge. Physical education is the result of absorption of food and the development of personality is the outcome of various types of education. Today, we are becoming only mark-oriented. Though we have higher percentage, we are getting failure because we only concentrate on marks and not other qualities which can enhance our reasoning power and personality. It is possible only through various educations. e.g. childhood education, adult education, art education, sport education, business education, career education and health education. These can expose our inner qualities. Today, students are the products in the market, and to maintain good quality of them, they should be shaped with various educations. Besides, the development of personality, education should be free to all. Ravindranath Tagore says in his poem Where the Mind is Without Fear, education should be free to all. It should be made avail to all without any restriction. There should not be any social barriers based on caste, creed, religion and language. Education should contribute to
„man‟s struggle for liberation‟. It must create in man „intellectual integrity‟.4
