Small Business Checking Accounts
Free Business Checking is an ideal solution for start-ups and smallerbusinesses. You pay no monthly maintenance fees on your account and have the benefit of up to 100 free transaction items each month.
Business Plus Checking provides flexibility for growing and active
businesses. Your business receives up to 300 transaction items each month for a flat monthly fee of only $10.
Specialty Interest Checking is an
account designed specifically for non-profit organizations, sole proprietors and
municipalities/government institutions. Benefits include competitive interest rates, up to 300 free transactions each month and no monthly
maintenance fees.
Commercial Checking is designed for larger businesses with a high volume of
monthly transactions. A competitive earnings credit rate based on your balances can help offset service charges and your $20 monthly maintenance fee.
Optional Checking Services
Extra Checking offers a money-saving package of frequently used services
that you can add to your Free Business Checking, Business Plus Checking or Specialty Interest Checking account. For an additional monthly fee of only $10, you will receive 100 additional monthly transactions and higher business CD rates, as well as one free incoming and outgoing wire transfer, one stop payment and one certified check each month.

Small Business Savings provides competitive variable interest rates on funds
that you need to have available on a day to day basis, with no monthly maintenance fee.
Small Business Savings Plus is a money market account that can help you
meet your longer term savings goals while maintaining convenient access to your funds. Your Small Business Savings Plus provides competitive rates of interest and requires a low minimum balance of only $500 to open an account and avoid the $5 monthly maintenance fee.
Small Business Certificates of Deposit
Amalgamated Bank Small Business Certificates of Deposit offer flexibility and security with competitive rates of interest. Terms range from six months to five years and your interest rate is fixed for the full length of the term you select. There are no monthly maintenance fees.
Small Business Loans and Lines of Credit
Lines of Credit1feature competitive variable interest rates and provide aconvenient way to satisfy short term working capital needs or offset shortfalls caused by seasonal cash flow fluctuations.
Term Loans1are designed to provide your business with the cash needed
to meet longer term capital requirements, upgrade facilities or purchase equipment. Flexible terms are available with fixed or variable rates of interest.
Overdraft Protection1is available through a line of credit linked to your
Amalgamated Bank checking account. If a check, ATM withdrawal or debit card transaction exceeds your checking account balance, the money needed to cover the overdraft is automatically taken from your credit line.
