General Contracting
We offer this service on a negotiated or fixed price basis. Hired as a general contractor, Arab
Power provides owners with the proper representation to control the construction progress
and quality, while maintaining a safe job site. We believe the proper mix of our experienced
professionals, from project managers and on-site superintendents to quality control and safety
experts, best represents a successful project outcome.
Construction Management
We offer this service in three primary ways: fixed fee with shared savings, percentage of
construction, and guaranteed maximum price. Serving as a Construction Manager, Arab
Power will guide its client through all project phases: from fact gathering and project
feasibility studies, to budget preparation and project scheduling, to procurement of supplies
and the development of subcontractor assignments. We will provide the owner with a team

All grades of paper and cardboard which can be collected loose, baled or palletized.
Confidential office waste collected and shredded from a wide variety of sources e.g. Solicitors, Banks, Government buildings and general office premises.
All of the above can be collected together or separately, according to each client's needs, making Power Waste Management Services a one stop shop for all your recycling needs.
Recycling is now becoming second nature to most of us, both in the domestic and commercial sectors. Our environment can no longer sustain the amount of waste we bring to landfill each year, a lot of which are recyclable materials. Our aim is to reduce these amounts of waste or even eliminate
them from landfill altogether.
We are committed to helping each of our customers to minimize their waste through individual waste management strategies
We operate from a secure six acre recycling site complete with a 120 ton weighbridge. As all plant and machinery are an essential part of our operations, we have invested heavily in our site. Our fleet consists of four pickups We also have six trailers, , four forklifts and Baling Press, which is capable of baling 24 ton per hour. We also have two paper/plastic shredders plus an on-site maintenance shop for all repairs and fittings.
