Executive search / Search and selection

Additude has a leading position on the Nordic market and many years of experience in executive search and search and selection. We have great expertise in locating different competences. We understand how professional talents think. We know the patterns of their careers. We also have a deep knowledge of our customers’ businesses. This is essential for us to be good ambassadors and attract the right individuals and competences.

Try & hire

Additude’s offerings include try & hire recruitment. This is available even for top engineers and proven leaders. Following a traditional search process, Additude hires the customer’s final candidate and “leases” him or her to the company in question. After a predefined time, the candidate can then be employed directly by the customer.

Engineering consultancy

For short and long-term assignments alike, Additude provides its customers with world-class engineering specialists and leaders. Our own technical consultants and managers have many years of experience and are highly specialised in at least one of our focus areas. In selecting our consultants, we use a meticulous search methodology. This is designed not only to meet the customers’ needs, but also to provide the best consultants every time.

Contractors – Additude Partner Network

In addition to our own employees, we have an extensive network of subcontractors. This means that, whatever the competence needed, our customers have easy and effective access to all available talents. We take full responsibility for all consultants and, vis-à-vis our customers, act as single point of contact and main contractor. Thus, for all types of expertise, our customers have a partner who can offer a wide range of services and competence management solutions.

Through our subcontractor network (Additude Partner Network), we offer access to more than 15,000 technical consultants in almost all areas of technology. This makes it possible for us to help our customers obtain all the right skills for their projects.

We provide the expertise you need when you need it. Rapid delivery of qualified personnel meeting your current needs is ensured by efficient internal organisation. Hiring consultants through us leads to success. In our four focus industries (energy, engineering, infrastructure and IT and product development) our consultants have real technical know-how and extensive experience in their respective areas of expertise.

Additude strives to ensure that all consultants are always happy in their careers and assignments. For this reason, we actively train our consultants. HISTORY

When Additude started in 2005, the focus was on supplying qualified managers and specialists for the IT, telecommunication and engineering industries. This was done via our “executive search” and “search and selection” services. However, from the very beginning, we started to play a key role in our customers’ talent management strategies. To meet the expressed needs and successfully deliver the correct talents, we developed a specific methodology and a comprehensive talent network.

In 2008, we looked at how the engineering market was developing and realised that great changes were necessary as regards the providing of expertise. We also saw that we already had some important elements that were of clear use here. Thus, we decided to take an active role in the development. The key was to focus on our customers’ actual requirements and needs rather than on certain technologies. This would enable the delivery of flexible, customised solutions for competence planning.

Now, we are one of the leading competence partners in the Nordic countries. Our success comes from a firm grasp of our customers’ needs, our flexible services and our ability to deliver world-class competence. The solutions we supply are always based on real needs. Our ability to deliver successfully has been proven in hundreds of assignments for some of the world’s foremost enterprises. Leading companies, engineers and managers now sees us as a major and natural choice for their new assignments.

NORDIC COMPETENCE FOR THE GULF

REGION

Nordic engineers and leaders are highly valued worldwide. Their high ratings in international surveys are due to a number of factors. One of them is good education. Scandinavia has a long history of major international technological universities such as KTH (the Royal Institute of Technology), Chalmers, Lund University’s Faculty of Engineering, the Technical University of Denmark, etc. Students at these establishments are encouraged to critically consider both the content and the application of their assignments and the solutions involved in these.

The above history, combined with the Nordic spirit of critical examination, humility, team work and “internationalness”, has been one element behind the amazing development and success of large multinational companies such as ABB, Ericsson, Volvo, SKF, Kongsberg, Mærsk, Novo Nordisk, AkzoNobel, etc. Furthermore, according to a recent OECD survey, 3 of the 15 most innovative cities in the world are Swedish. This is not so surprising and, whether it is cause or symptom, must be another factor in Nordic engineers and leaders being some of the most sought after worldwide.

NORDIC COMPETENCE FOR THE GULF

REGION

Given the internationalism outlined above, our vision is to take an active part in the current major development in the Gulf. Operating as a strategic partner, we will provide Nordic engineering and IT expertise for our customers in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

We have similar experience from working in countries such as Cambodia. Here, we successfully supplied IT enterprises with industry leading experts (software architects, software developers, QA managers, etc.). Several of our employees have extensive experience of working abroad. This is a great asset when working with expatriates.
