At London Square, we are dedicated to building a better London. Respectful of the past and inspired by the future, we are committed to creating exceptional properties which reflect the aspirations of our residents, stimulate thriving communities and set a new benchmark for modern living in the capital.

Our strategic approach is based on a convergence of a number of factors, combining astute site acquisition, collaborative strategic partnerships and state-of-the art design and build. Central to our strategy is the identification of prime sites within Greater London and the M25, targeting

development size of 50 to 250 homes with prices from £200,000 to £4+ million. We have built our reputation by respecting, understanding and exceeding the demands of our customers. We aim to surprise our customers with innovative and thoughtful design and to exceed their expectations through exceptional levels of service.

Our customers inspire every part of our process. They determine where we build, how we build, and, above all, why we build.

THE LONDON

SQUARE STORY

ADAM LAWRENCE

CHIEF EXECUTIVE

It has always been my ambition to create a company with strong values, exemplifying what I like to call ‘Old School Principles’. A company with exacting disciplines and the highest of standards. The company is London Square, and I am proud to be part of what I consider to be the most exciting and dynamic property developer in the Capital.

When I launched London Square, the company name was created for a simple reason. Across the world, London is famous for its residential squares, and our aim is to reflect that same sense of place and community.

Our shield represents strength and our simplistic black and white identity shows clarity and focus, which we apply to building our homes throughout London.

We have worked hard with our colleagues for this moment, showing that it is possible to actually enhance areas of residential London, and not compromise principles of design and quality in the necessity to supply much needed housing. At London Square our customers are the key to our success. Their endorsement is what this company stands for and believes in. I have realised my dream. Now I would like our customers to enjoy the rewards of this innovative and inspiring new company, London Square.
