We wanted to extend our philanthropic efforts going into 2015 to make a real difference to young people and families who are experiencing difficult times. Our partnership with Make-A-Wish® Australia is the perfect match.
Make-A-Wish Australia grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Wishes are as varied as the children who dream them up. Whether it’s a wish to find Nemo, be a pilot, or to have a puppy of their very own, Make-A-Wish creates incredible tailor-made experiences.
Two of our photo packages in 2015 have been renamed as ‘Wish’ packs and one dollar from the purchase of these packages will be donated to Make-A-Wish Australia.

Client Managers provide a single point of contact to simplify communications between your school and Arthur Reed Photos; your ‘go to’ person with any concerns or questions and the same person who will follow up your enquiry, or liaise between you and the various departments involved in producing your school photo products.
DELIVERY - GUARANTEED
Your class group and portrait photos will be delivered in 20 working days, or $100 will be paid to your school.* Having our own production facility means we are not governed by others and ensures we can closely monitor the quality and delivery times of our products and services. All items are produced ‘in house’ so school images and data never leave our premises during production.

The tamper proof plastic ID cards are 8.5 x 5.5 cm and
are designed specifically to your requirements. Barcode,
magnetic stripe and ‘Smart Card’ options can be supplied.
Staff and Visitor cards can also be supplied for your school
as well as emergency treatment Medical cards, plus coloured lanyards, clips, adhesive clips, rigid and plastic pockets.
ID cards will be delivered ONE WEEK after photo day, with replacement cards taking 3 - 4 days.
ID cards are compatible with ALL administration systems currently available.

DATABASE
A database of student images will be supplied through the secure school portal on our web site using CLOUD technology, so you get the fastest most secure connections to information from multiple types of devices.
Your school database will be available from the school portal, ONE WEEK after photo day and is complimentary.

ORDERING
Traditionally, an order envelope is distributed to parents to purchase school photographs. Our online ordering facility allows families to order their photos at their convenience and means no handling envelopes or money at your school.
When ordering online, families can also purchase a digital copy of their child’s portrait.
Many schools now opt for online ordering for school portrait photo packages, family photos, teams and special groups.
To provide your school with the best photographic services, different departments will be responsible for handling your school photographs and additional products. These are the main contact personnel at Arthur Reed Photos.
