Substitution Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via email, fax or mail by September 15, 2014 to qualify for a refund. A full refund minus a $75 admin-istrative fee will be refunded if request is made on or before September 15. After this date no cancellations will be ac-cepted, and the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration rate. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing.
