l First Drinks voucher and wristbands are issued on arrival. No first drink voucher means no first drink. No wristband means no service whatsoever.
l If necessary two wristbands can be issued to one person if somebody in their party is unable to get to the bar.
l Two drinks limit per guest per round (providing wristband is being worn).
l Drinks will only be served upon return of glassware and bottles.
l All Spirits must be served with a mixer.
l All Spirits served in 25ml measures and all wine served in 125ml measures.
l Shots only available at cash bar
i.e. shots are not included in the all- inclusive menu.
l Only drinks specified on the all-inclusive menu will be served without cash payment at the point of purchase.

l Management reserve the right to replace or amend advertised acts or change times where circumstances dictate.
l Private bookings are subject to minimum numbers.
l Car parking at the Devonshire House Hotel is at the owners’ risk.
As a consequence, the Devonshire House Hotel company does not take responsibility for stolen or damaged vehicles.
l We only accept 1 cheque per party.
l Management reserves the right to change rooms without prior notification.
l £10.00 deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be included in payment. Cancellation will result in a loss of your deposit.
l Full payment of the balance is due 28 days prior to the event.
