Our largest meeting room is 255 m2 and can accommodate up to 250 delegates in theatre style. A large conference foyer is well suited for many occasions; receptions break out area or mingle.
Free WiFi for all conference guests throughout the whole hotel. Projector is always included in our room rental rate.
Royal Lounge and Royal Salong are two unique meeting rooms for effective meetings in a more secluded setting. Royal Lounge has capacity for 10 delegates at a board table
and the meeting room also offers a lounge where coffee can be served on request. Royal Salong is ideal for meetings for up to 18 delegates.

By car: Take highway E4 and follow signs to the Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Turn right at Route 273 toward Almunge/Norrtälje and continue two kilometers. The hotel is located on the right, next to the airport’s long-term parking lot. Parking is available at the hotel. Transfer from airport to hotel: The complimentary shuttle bus (Yellow Bus ALFA) departs from all passenger terminals and outside the hotel every 15 minutes and the ride takes approximately 5 minutes. By train: Several domestic long-distance trains depart from the airport every day. The high-speed train
Arlanda Express carries passengers from Stockholm Central Station to the airport terminals in 20 minutes. Commuter trains to Stockholm and Uppsala depart from Arlanda Central Station at the airport. By bus: Airport coaches depart regularly from Stockholm City terminal and Uppsala Central Station.
