Cleaning and care tips for protection
of the coating:
1. Before first use grease with little bit of cooking oil, spread evenly with kitchen roll and wipedown.
2. Do not let food remains to dry and cleaning will be always easy. 3. If there are still residues, soak into hot water and use detergent. 4. In case of grey spots appearing (if frying) use vinegar or lemon juice to wipe them down.
5. Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool or abrasive cleaning products. BonaCera® dishes are scratch-resistant, but hard sides of sponges usually contain abrasive diamond-corundum. And nothing is known to be harder than diamond.
6. Plastic or wooden kitchen tools are ideal for BonaCera®. Forks and knives are not suitable.
7. Wipe out the BonaCera® dishes with a towel. If you have used dishwashing liquid, rub the pan with a little fat before next use.
8. By the way: professional chefs wash their pots and pans only with hot water and a washing brush.
9. The BonaCera ® dishes dry immediately, no limescale appears.

non-stick coating
