(3) The Public Bill Committee shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it meets.

(4) Proceedings on Consideration and any proceedings in legislative grand committee shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour before the moment of interruption on the day on which proceedings on Consideration are commenced.
(5) Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day.

2. Variation of existing pandemic proxy voting arrangements
The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the Standing Order (Voting by proxy), as amended by the temporary Orders of 23 September 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic) and 3 November 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic (No. 2)) and extended by the Order of 22 October 2020, that the following Members have given notice that they wish to amend their proxy voting arrangement.
From Monday 9 November the nominated proxy for Ian Mearns will be Bell Ribeiro-Addy instead of Kate Osborne;

the nominated proxy for Richard Burgon will be Bell Ribeiro-Addy instead of Zarah Sultana; and
the nominated proxy for John McDonnell will be Bell Ribeiro-Addy instead of Zarah Sultana.
From Tuesday 10 November the nominated proxy for Mr Marcus Fysh will be Stuart Andrew instead of Craig Mackinlay;
the nominated proxy for Simon Hoare will be Stuart Andrew instead of Fay Jones; and the nominated proxy for Dr Dan Poulter will be Stuart Andrew instead of Peter Aldous. The start date of the proxy voting arrangement for Nicola Richards will change from 23 November to 10 November.
3. Ending pandemic proxy voting arrangements
The Speaker has certified, under the terms of the Standing Order (Voting by proxy), as amended by the temporary Orders of 23 September 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic) and 3 November 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic (No. 2)) and extended by the Order of 22 October 2020, that the following Members have given notice that they wish to end their proxy voting arrangement with effect from when the Speaker takes the Chair on the date specified below:
