the completely automated and user-friendly robinair air conditioning service unit was developed for the uncomplicated maintenance of vehicular air condition while also minimising the need for manual user intervention. the units independently direct the recovery, recycling and filling processes for oil and coolant while also relieving and supporting the mechanic in carrying out his/her work. However, they also have a manual mode to allow for direct control of every individual phase. All of our units have an integrated data base that provides details about the required coolant and oil quantities in a vehicle’s air conditioning unit and the service unit is also available with a printer to print out a detailed report.

the world-market leader, sPX is offering the new Ac788Pro air condition service unit to garages as a completely automated unit to perform simple and low-cost servicing of air conditioning systems in customer vehicles. the unit, which has a tFt colour display making it now even easier to use, combines innovative technologies with the normal high quality and performance expected of robinair units. As the first air condi-tion service unit under the robinair brand offered by sPX, its development was carried out in complete and total compliance with the new and especially strict sAe J2788 standard, which pursues the goal of making air condition service even more efficient and thus limiting emissions of substances that pollute the environ-ment. the Ac788Pro not only meets the strict requirements of the standard but with its

95 % efficiency in coolant recovery, it is even more precise than required.

An integrated printer and the standard temperature sensor in the unit make sure that the Ac788Pro will provide extensive air condition servicing with exact documentation. in addition, a new system was developed to monitor the pressure and temperature of the internal coolant tank which recognises impurities and helps prevent safety risks. As it has two separate fresh oil circuits, which separate lubricants for the air conditioning system in a vehicle with combustion engines and those in hybrid vehicles with electronic compressors, the Ac788Pro is designed for long-term use in garages. the automatic injection of a uv leak detector is just as much a part of the unit’s standard features as the detailed robinair data base with entries for oil and coolant filling quantities for numerous vehicle air condition systems. the Ac788Pro now also has an AsA interface, which eases the exchange of data between various devices within a garage.

The ac790Pro is an air condition service unit, which is specifically designed to meet bus and truck requirements and is focused on high-capacity, r134a-based air conditioners. The unit automatically checks coolant recovery, recycling and refilling. The powerful compressor provides reliable recovery and helps prevent ice formation in the filter drier. special software settings assure phased oil suction and effectively prevent foam formation and back flows of oil into the compressor. The double fan assures excellent temperature control and constant cool-ant pressure during the recovery phase. at the same time it prevents the internal components from overheating. The high performance filling pump allows the quick and complete filling of coolant and oil. The unit has an integrated printer to create a detailed report and makes it possible to provide professional air conditioner servicing for heavy commercial vehicles and busses.

the Ac690Pro is one of the most advanced air condition service units for cars and trucks. Like all com-pletely automated robinair units, it is designed to carry out the maintenance of r134a-based air conditioning systems with a minimum of manual intervention. the unit automatically controls every phase of maintenance, including oil and coolant recovery, recycling, and refilling without needing direct intervention from a techni-cian. However, the manual mode allows the user to control all aspects individually if so desired. the powerful, two-phase vacuum pump assures quick and effective evacuation of the system and, as with all robinair units, it comes equipped with a data base to provide the necessary oil and coolant quantities for the vehicle’s air conditioner. the Ac690Pro also has an integrated printer to create detailed reports. As an alternative for garages with low service levels, we offer our Ac595Pro model, which has a less powerful compressor yet still meets the requirements for a professional Ac service and without any compromise to the high quality one expects from robinair units.
