The Time and Materials billing option uses accrued job costs for a project as the basis for billing. Employees and equipment can be assigned job specific hourly rates for billing. (IWC) has an existing website which details its products and services. However the management aims to use the web as a means to publish its online brochure and serve customer inquiries.

In 2006, Ivant designed the whole website based on the Marketing and Customer Service perspectives.
