Our Website is the best medium to reach active high school parents, their children, relatives and friends—during the work day, weekend, evening and especially during the school day.
Coaches, teachers, athletic directors, activity directors, and booster club members are using a powerful web application to maintain a professional-looking website. We impart critical information as well as fun, deep content in a timely fashion. This includes a live calendar and webpage for every athletic team, and many extra-curricular groups.
We are official. These websites are being controlled and promoted within the walls of the school. Students and parents know to look here first for the most up-to-date information available.

Traffic Data
High School Students
While our website reaches every athlete in school looking for essential information (game times, Physical forms, scores, etc), they also appeal to students who enjoy watching the games live – friends, peers and siblings of the athletes. They visit the sites for game times, photos, and articles written by and about their friends and coaches. Many of these sites also provide this same information and function as a resource for non-athletes checking dates for other extra-curricular activities such as debate team events, play rehearsals, band competitions, etc.
Parents
This is where Mom and Dad find out when little Johnny has his next big game. Parents come here to check game cancellations, early dismissal times, and field directions. They also visit the site to access contact information for the coach, and to see pictures and stories that relate to their student athlete.
Community Supporters
For people who support the school—alumni, grandparents, uncles, aunts and neighbors—this is the face of the athletic program! The media also benefit by having one online source that they can depend on and use without needing to call coaches and athletic directors.

The ad appears on all pages within the website. Your advertisement will rotate among other advertisements each time a website visitor clicks a new link within the website. The average visitor sees approximately 6 pages
each visit. We will sell no more than 10 advertisements per year. We
reserve the right to block inappropriate advertisement campaigns on these school sites.

$400.00 Per Year. Your advertisement will be created for free by our technology partner, BigTeams, or by a student within the school district (business/art
classes) based on your guidelines. You are also free to change your graphic one time per year.

Advertising Service Agreement
THIS CONTRACT made this __ day of _______________, 20____ by and between the East Lycoming School District, hereinafter “SCHOOL” and
_______________________________________, hereinafter “ADVERTISER.” For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the parties, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. SCHOOL shall exhibit the advertisement that is described in Exhibit A on its website, which is hosted by BIGTEAMS, LLC, for a period of ___1 year__.
2. The design of the advertising will be coordinated between BIGTEAMS, the SCHOOL and ADVERTISER.
3. SCHOOL and BIGTEAMS, LLC reserve the right to reject any piece of advertising that it believes is inappropriate for display on websites hosted by it. In the event that SCHOOL and BIGTEAMS, LLC determine that a piece of advertising is inappropriate for its websites, ADVERTISER shall have the right to use substitute advertising. The parties hereto agree that SCHOOL and BIGTEAMS, LLC shall have the right to enforce the terms of this Paragraph as well.
4. ADVERTISER understands that the ad displayed will be one of many advertisements on the website, and that other advertisements may appear in the same “School Advertising” spot described below. If the SCHOOL sells other advertisements in this spot, then each of these advertisements will appear on a rotational basis. For example, if the school sells 4 advertisements, each advertisement would display on the website ¼ of the time. The school will sell no more than _10_
advertisements on the website in the space during any given year. 5. ADVERTISER understands that fees may apply should the
ADVERTISER wish to change the ad over the course of the year. 6. ADVERTISER understands that there is a chance that competing
companies may also be advertising on the website.
7. BIGTEAMS shall assist the ADVERTISER with ad design. BIGTEAMS will post the advertisement onto the website for the ADVERTISER and the SCHOOL. BIGTEAMS is not obligated to design anything more than a static banner advertisement on behalf of the ADVERTISER. BIGTEAMS reserves the right to deny ad creation service to CUSTOMERS having ad creation demands that are viewed as unreasonable to BIGTEAMS. ADVERTISER will still be free to create ads that are not designed by BIGTEAMS.
8. ADVERTISER shall pay to SCHOOL a fee of $400.00
9. This contract shall be construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction of all disputes which arise between the parties hereto.
10. Should any party breach the terms of this Agreement, the
non-breaching party shall, in addition to damages, be entitled to recover its costs including reasonable attorney’s fees. Should BIGTEAMS take legal action to enforce its right under any item of this contract, it shall be entitled to recover its costs including reasonable legal fees in addition to damages.
