It’s a snowy day in Yorkshire as we pull together our Easter Press Preview

and look forward to the Spring days ahead. None of us could have predicted a

year like 2020, and as the Covid-19 pandemic spills over into 2021, we still find

ourselves working at kitchen tables and in spare bedrooms, longing for the days

we can spend time with family and friends again.

Hopefully, the coming months will see us finding our way back to life as

we prefer it. With that wish in our hearts we’d like to share with you some of

the delectable and uplifting treats that our bakers, chocolatiers and confectioners

have created. On these pages you’ll find a host of suggestions for gifting and

self-treating, as well as for celebrating and entertaining guests which some of us

might find ourselves able to do come Easter.

As you’d expect from Bettys, the flavours are unbeatable, and everything looks

beautiful. Now more than ever we hope these delicious

and beautiful treats bring cheer.
