Technology from the global market leader

With 23 million adapters shipped, devolo is leading the

market for Powerline infrastructure technology. No other

company in the world has sold more Powerline products.

According to Gfk, a Germany-based market research

com-pany, 7 out of 10 Powerline customers currently decide in

favour of a devolo product.

dLAN®: Using the power line for data transfer

The devolo dLAN® Powerline technology uses the existing

wiring (power, coaxial or telephone line) for networking,

ma-king complicated new wiring unnecessary. With the dLAN®

modules from the global market leader devolo, you rely on

an ideal basis for integrating Powerline into your electrical

devices. Benefit from our development expertise and our

own patented technologies, which provide peak reliability

for communication of electrical devices.

devolo enables turn-key Powerline integration

Applications of dLAN® connection technology are highly versatile and range from industrial and commercial solutions to classic network applications, all the way to home automation and smart metering. Comprehensive project management support is individually tailored to the customer. The knowled-ge transfer also includes handover of the dLAN® Software Development Kit, which enables individual configuration of the Powerline module.

dLAN® Green PHY module

The devolo dLAN® Green PHY module is ideal for installation in all electrical devices of a smart home. From the heating system to the refrigerator – Green PHY enables seamless integration into the networked home. The open stan-dard makes smart energy applications, sensor solutions and automation systems efficient to set up and use. Another advantage: The dLAN® Green PHY module is particularly energy-saving and – compared to conventional HomePlug solutions – has reduced energy consumption.

Efficient data communication for more energy efficiency

The dLAN® Green PHY modules are the ideal communication equipment for all smart meters in the home. The measured power consumption is fed direc-tly into the household electric power supply and can be called up anywhere in the home — be it on a display, a computer or integrated into a smart home solution. Also with Green PHY, a standard for vehicle-to-grid communicati-on for electric cars has debuted. This powerline-based technology allows an exchange of data between the electric car and smart grid during the char-ging process.
