There are two inter linings which is made of quilt and nonwoven fabric. In front, back consist of the non woven fabric and sleeve lining consist of the quilt.

LINING

FRONT CHEST POCKETS: There are pocket on the front one is printed and other side

without print, set-in pockets with flaps with 2.5” length & 5” width. The pocket opening shall be 5 ” wide and 6” deep there is a print on one pocket The pocket bag shall be made of a good commercial polyester/cotton, non-pill pocketing

FRONT CROSS POCKETS: There shall be two lower, cross, welted hand warmer pockets

set approximately 5.75” from the front zipper. The welts shall be 7 ½” tall and 7/8” wide and secured with a bar tack at each end. There shall be a cord set into the front edge of the welt. There shall be a hidden black, nylon coil closure under the welt. The pocket bag shall be made of a good commercial polyester/cotton, non-pill pocketing. The color of the bag shall be black. The pocket welt will be framed with a ¼” topstitch.

INSIDE UTILITY POCKET: There shall be one set-in pocket on the left inside lining.

This shall be a double-welted pocket. The functional pocket opening shall be a minimum of 6 ” and the pocket depth shall be a minimum of 8 ½” measured from the top to the bottom of the pocket bag. The pocket bag shall be made of a good commercial polyester/cotton, non-pill pocketing. The color of the bag shall be black.

WAISTBAND: The bottom of the jacket shall have a 2” side waistband from end to end.

Approximately 4” from each zipper side shall be plain and interlined with a good, commercial grade non-woven interlining. On back side shall be secured with 1” wide Velcro

ZIPPER

There shall be a #10 nylon, non-reflective non-freeze 1-way zipper from the bottom of the jacket to the bottom of collar. This shall be interlined with a good commercial grade non-woven interlining. There will be an inside storm fly on the right front measuring 1 ½” wide from the bottom of the waist to the bottom of the collar. This shall be interlined with a good commercial grade non-woven interlining.

SNAPS

There are metal snaps attached on cuffs and front pocket flaps. Total snaps are 6 two each on cuffs and one on flap.

Two Velcro secured with waist band in back side with loop. Velcro dimensions are as follows:

LABELS: All labels will be permanent to withstand repeated cleanings for the life of the

garment. The following labels shall be applied:

MAIN LABEL: There shall be a main label on both the main jacket and removable liner.

This shall identify the manufacturer either by name & location, registered trademark.

CONTENTS/CARE/SIZE LABEL: There shall be an additional label on both the main

jacket and removable liner clearly showing the fabric contents, laundering instructions and garment size.

VELCRO

SEAMING: All main joining seams shall be overlock safety stitched and then topstitched

with a ¼” stitch on the outside.

THREAD: All thread shall be poly-core. All main seams shall use a #40 thread, and the

balance #60.

PRINITING

Here on back side of garment a logo of S’OLIVE Company’s logo printed with rubber printing. One motif printed on front left side above the chest pocket. Chest pocket also printed with rubber printing.
