 May need to check if SGSN/GGSN can generate the relevant counters to compute this KPI and differentiate between R99 PS and HSDPA by QoS metrics or collect by driving test.

 Otherwise, need to revise the KPI name to “PS Call Setup Success Rate (R99)”.

 Depend on network configuration, the formula is focus on Multi-Band Frequency Hard Handover. It is only a sub-set of HHO and only useful if the network has multiband UMTS configuration

 There is no complete set of counters to differentiate the HHO into CS and PS domain.

Hard HO PS SR(%)

 100 * VS.MBand.HO.SuccOutPS / VS.MBand.HO.AttOutPS

 Same problem as CS case.

May consider using overall interfrequency HHO counters:

Traffic

The rest of KPI formulas used in this category has no major

problem.

Make sure the sum of counters need to be divided by the

number of samples in the collected period.

Suggest to add following formula for tracking the number of

HSDPA and HSUPA users

Mean # of HSDPA Users

 sum(VS.HSDPA.UE.Mean.Cell) / Number of Samples

Mean # of HSUPA Users
