Motor Solo Run Test

Verify that if the motor installed in accordance with project design and the vendor manual
RONESANS – QC ENGINEER
Rotate the motor shaft manually (if possible) to ensure that the rotor moves freely, without rubbing Check visually if the conduits, bushings are sealed
Check earthing system connection
Ensure that the motor is clean and dry. End bells, covers, filters, and accessories shall be firmly attached.
After Connection of Cable
Check Cable connection, ensure that it is torqued and marked
Test Voltage : __V DC Minimum resistance : _________MΩ
Check Insulation Resistance of Motor and Motor Cable together against Earth
Check the functionality of Space heater and Insulation Resistance

Verify that the motor protection circuits have been set and all protective relays tested
