Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What does this conversion mean for me? We are evolving our systems and
implementing new technology to continue providing you the best possible service. With this system powering our credit union, we’ll have even more options available to help you save time, save money and earn money. FAQs continued on next page.
What Will Change
• Account Numbers — If you have multiple RBFCU accounts (savings, checking, etc.), some of your account numbers will change. To determine which account numbers will change, see the chart below.
You will not need to update your direct deposit or auto-transfer information. We will ensure these transactions are updated for you in the new system. • Statements — Paper statements, eStatements, notices and receipts will have
a new look. You will still be able to view up to 24 months of archived eStatement history.
If you currently have multiple accounts and receive eStatements on at least one account, you will automatically be enrolled in eStatements for all other accounts. This change will not affect members receiving only printed statements.
• NetBranch Online will have new features and functionality. • Auto-Transfers and Scheduled Loan Payments — Post conversion,
transactions will post daily, regardless of the due date. For example, a Sunday transaction date will no longer remain in a “pending” status to be posted the following Monday. The transaction will be posted on the same day the auto-transfer and/or loan payment is scheduled to process from your RBFCU account.
A BIG thank you from all of us at RBFCU for your
patience and cooperation as we evolve to better
serve you. We appreciate your membership and the
opportunity to serve you…It’s in our DNA!
Our phone center representatives will be available 24/7 beginning Friday, Aug. 29 (7 p.m.) to answer general questions regarding the conversion. Normal hours of operation will resume Tuesday, Sept. 2.

FAQs
(continued)Why does RBFCU need to make these changes? As our membership grows, we must continue to evolve to meet new financial needs. To stay ahead of the technology curve and continue offering our members innovative financial products and services, we needed to move to a more robust operating platform. To put it simply, this upgrade will allow us to better serve and understand the needs of our membership. With the new system, we can build upon many of the things you value most about your RBFCU membership.
