3) Call Tracking
(All billing is in 6/6 increments, minimum 6 seconds)With Star Comm's Call Tracking we supply a block of telephone numbers (Local or Toll Free) to use in your advertisements (TV, Radio, Newspaper and more). When prospects call the numbers, in real time we track which number was called and transfer it to your system/representative. We record the entire conversation & even track the phone call on your system to find the exact call duration with each prospect.

5) Phone Number (CRM) Verification
Star Comm has the ability to verify whether a phone number is disconnected. We also have the ability to match phone numbers and the attached CNAM to the consumers' billing name. These inexpensive applications are meant to ensure your live data feed or aged files are accurate.

We offer scalable CLI A - Z Termination with a blended rate deck to ensure you are dialing the cheapest rate available. We can accept short duration or conversational traffic.

Star Comm will embed a "Click to Call" button in your website, email, web form or mobile app. When a prospect enters their phone number and clicks the button it immediately triggers a call to the prospect so your agent/representative can verify the phone number, ask survey questions, offer an opportunity and more.

9) CNAM Revenue Share (Partnership)
Star Communications can save up to 10% off of your dialing cost, without changing day-to-day operations.
250,000 minimum terminations to qualify
The program is free to try out. There is no cost for set-up, CNAM management, or forwarding return calls(SIP or Toll-Free). Example- ViciDial and most Asterisk
based dialers can be easily integrated to accept return calls with no cost.
With free CNAM management, we will brand the outbound DID to your company. We offer high-quality local DIDs in 48 States + DC.
10) Toll Free Termination Compensation (Partnership)
Star Communication pays YOU $0.001 per minute to terminate Toll Free Traffic.
-The reason we payout is because ultimately any Toll Free call will terminate with a LEC or ILEC(Bell, AT&T, Verizon). Normally calls go through multiple carriers before they reach the LEC. This causes poor call quality and dropped calls. We cut out the middle men & send the traffic directly to the LECs. We have over 75 million minutes monthly we send to multiple LEC's, which allows for top notch call quality and very few dropped calls. With our strategic partnerships and for this direct traffic, the LECs pay us fractions of a penny per minute and we SHARE this with you!
