4.5.4 Default Information

Details concerning the offered account segregation models can be found on the EurexClearing AG website (www.eurexclearing.com) under Risk Management, Client Asset Protection.

Portfolios on the Eurex are segregated using "Omnibus Client Account Segregation" unless specifi-cally foreclosed by the clients (Elementary Clearing Model).

4.5.5 Individual Segregation

In addition, we also offer "Individual Client Account Segregation" (Individual Clearing Model).

The implementation of the Eurex Individual Clearing Model requires joint planning and coordination of the process steps (Negotiation of corresponding contracts, implementation and adaptation of IT sys-tems, etc.) With that said, a potential on-boarding process is individually to the segregation require-ments needed for your institution. The duration and costs of the on-boarding are determined by these requirements.
