Unpolished designs appear frosted or opaque and the jewel cut path remains protected between the glass.
Or, choose from one of our Frostline Cut patterns, which are a combination of an unpolished ground surface flanked on both sides with Jewel Cut grooves. The Frostline Cut is located on the inside surface between the glass lites, and is available in select designs. All of these designs will accent and enhance the beauty of your home.

High-Performance Glass...Which is best for your home?
Windows provide many great benefits, but did you know they can also account for up to 30% of the annual energy consumed in a home? Glass makes up almost 80% of a window and largely dictates how that window will perform. So, it’s important to choose the right glass package when replacing windows in your home.
Low-E Glass allows natural light to freely enter your home as shown in the diagram below. During winter months, long wave heat energy radiating from indoor objects is reflected back into the house, keeping your home warm while lowering heating costs.
In the summer, outdoor long-wave heat energy radiating from objects, is reflected back outside, lowering cooling costs. It also reduces the harmful effects of ultra-violet rays by minimizing fading of your carpet and draperies.
Low-E Glass Coatings
How They Work
Warm-Edge Spacers
Insulating Gases
In winter, our insulating glass spacer systems keepthe edges of the glass warmer, dramatically reducing condensation while holding warm air in and cold air out (Diagram B). The
sealant systems flex with the glass during extreme tempera-ture swings to help prevent seal failure (Diagram C).
Insulating gases, such as Argon or Krypton, are added to the air spaces in our glass units. Both gases are denser than air and prevent the formation of convection air currents,
reducing heat transfer between the inside and outside of your home. This improves your home’s comfort while lowering your heating and cooling bills. Diagram B — Warm Edge Spacers
block heat escape paths.
Diagram C — shows the flexibility of the Super Spacer technology and sealant system used in our triple pane glass systems and how it reacts during temperature changes.

GOOD
BETTER
BEST
A window’s energy performance is rated by two measurements. The first performance rating is the U-Factor. U-Factor measures heat transfer through a window and tells you how well the wdow insulates. The lower the U-Factor, the better the winwdow in-sulates. For example, during cooler months, the lower a window’s overall U-Factor, the less heat you will lose through that window, and the less energy will be needed to heat your home.
NFRC Certified Test Results
The second performance rating is the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC). This measures how much solar heat is admitted into your home through the window, and tells you how well the window blocks heat caused by sunlight. The lower the SHGC, the better the window is at blocking heat. During summer months, a lower SHGC means less solar radiation enters through your windows, keeping your home cooler, and saving you money on air conditioning costs.
