In the State of Arunachal Pradesh, applications are invited in a prescribed format as appended  herewith from the Citizen of India under Article 5 to 8 of Constitution of India. The recruitment of  Senior Teachers,  Post Graduate Teacher  (PGT)  in the various subjects as given below will be  made as per reservation policy of 80:20 ratio enforced by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh  from time to time and liable to serve anywhere in Government Higher Secondary Schools of the  State. However, provision for onetime relaxation is made for recruiting  Senior Teachers (PGT)  (Science) through, open quota in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry subjects, if APST candidates are  not available:

i) Senior Teachers (PGT) (Science)

a) ST(PGT) (Mathematics) ­ Master   Degree   in   Mathematics   having  minimum 2nd Class marks with B. Ed. from a  recognized   University   for   both   APST   and  Non­APST candidates.

b) ST(PGT) (Physics) ­ Master   Degree   in   Physics   having   minimum  2nd   Class   marks   with   B.   Ed.   from   a  recognized   University   for   both   APST   and  Non­APST candidates.

c) ST(PGT) (Chemistry) ­ Master Degree in Chemistry having minimum  2nd   Class   marks   with   B.   Ed.   from   a  recognized   University   for   both   APST   and  Non­APST candidates.

d) ST(PGT) (Biology) ­ Master   Degree   in   Biology   having   minimum  2nd   Class   marks   with   B.   Ed.     from   a  recognized   University   for   both   APST   and  Non­APST candidates.

ii) Senior Teacher (PGT) (Humanities)   

a) ST(PGT) (English) ­ Master   Degree   in  English   having   minimum  2nd   Class   marks   with   B.   Ed.   from   a  recognized   University   for   both   APST   and  Non­APST candidates.

b) ST(PGT) (Hindi) ­ Master Degree in Hindi having minimum 2nd  Class marks with B. Ed. from a recognized  University   for   both   APST   and   Non­APST  candidates.

c) ST(PGT) (History) ­ Master   Degree   in   History   having   minimum  2nd   Class   marks   with   B.   Ed.   from   a  recognized   University   for   both   APST   and  Non­APST candidates.

d) ST (PGT) (Political Science ) ­ Master   Degree   in   Political   Science   having 

recognized   University   for   both   APST   and  Non­APST candidates.

e) ST (PGT) (Economics) ­ Master Degree in Economics having 

minimum 2nd Class marks with B. Ed. from a  recognized University for both APST and  Non­APST candidates.

IV. Age Limit:­ Candidates should be 21 to 28 years as on 31st July, 2011. However for APST  candidates' 5 years age relaxation will be admissible as per the rules prescribed by the Government  of Arunachal Pradesh from time to time.

V.   Place   of   Interview:­  Interview   will   be   held   in   the   Directorate   of   Secondary   Education  Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar.

VI. Mode of Selection:­ Eligible candidates will have to appear the written test followed by viva­ voce. The candidates those who will qualify in the written test will only be called for viva­voce. The  selection will be made strictly on merit basis as per the marks secured in the both written test and  viva­voce.

VII. Date & Time of the Interview:­ Date & Time of the interview will be communicated in  due course by a call letter and also through local & national dailies.

VIII.   Reservation:­  3%   for   PWD   &   5%   for   Meritorious   Sport   person   is   reserved   as   per  Reservation policy issued by the Government of India from time to time.

IX.  Examination   Fee:­  An   examination   fee   of   Rs.   30/­   for   APST   &   Rs.   50   for   Non­APST 

candidates should be deposited in the form of treasury challan under the Head of Account "0202" ­  Education Misc. 1 (one) copy of treasury challan should be submitted along with the application.

X. How to apply:­ Candidates should apply to the Director of Secondary Education, Government  of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar as per the format given below which will be accepted on or before  5^th  August, 2011. However, 5 (five) days relaxation is given to the Science subject candidates  domiciled outside Arunachal Pradesh.

XI. Testimonials/ Documents:­

a) Certificates with mark sheets of Class ­X, XII, Graduation, PG, B. Ed etc. dully attested.   b) PRC / Domicile certificate duly attested.

c)  APST Certificate duly attested.       d)  One copy of the Treasury Challan.

       e)  3 copies dully attested passport size photographs name written on the top.

  f)  Oneself addressed envelope superscripted the post applied for affixed Rs. 5/­ postage         stamp.

The   incomplete   application   or   received   after   the   prescribed   last   date   will   not   be   entertained.  Application fee is, non­refundable.

No. TA /DA will be admissible to the candidates appearing the interview.

The post applied for must be super scribed in Block letters on the top of the envelope. Candidates who fail to fulfill the above requirements need not apply.

Applicant already working in any Government Office or other organizations should submit their  applications through proper channel within the time limit.

Incomplete applications in any respect and submitting in other languages instead of English or  received after 5^th August, 2011 will summarily be rejected and shall not be entertained under any  circumstances.
