Definitions

In the Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

“Company” means One Yoga London Limited. “Member” means any person that has signed a Registration Form and ticked the Terms and Conditions box online which has been accepted by the Company. “Site” means www.oneyogalondon.com. “Registration Form” means the

registration form signed by each Member. “Studio” means any of the Yoga Studios of One Yoga London Limited as published on the company website(s) from time to time. “Terms and Conditions” as defined here.

Terms & Conditions

This site is owned and operated by One Yoga London Limited. These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the services provided by One Yoga London Limited and privacy policy.

These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form and any Membership is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

One Yoga London Limited reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the internal affairs of the Studios and/or the conduct of Members. Any such changes will be published on the Website and, until revoked, are binding on Members.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site or in a studio will be subject to these terms and conditions. And you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.

Bookings and cancellation policy

• Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.

• Classes are always subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class.

• All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our cancellation policy as outlined below. Classes will automatically be deducted from your class pass or you can purchase individual classes with any debit or credit card

• The 5 class pass expires in 60 days and starts from the date the first class is taken. • The 10 class pass expires in 60 days and starts from the date the first class is taken. • The Annual Membership is for 12 months and starts from the date the first class is

taken.

• Special Offer Memberships start from the date of purchase and is valid for a limited time period

• Early cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to 3 hours in advance only online. If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Reception will not be able to process any cancellations.

• Late cancellations: Any cancellations made after this time will not be credited back to your class or refunded.

• We require that you sign into class a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space will be opened up to allow drop ins and this will be treated as a late cancelation and your class will not be credited or refunded.

• Out of consideration for the trainer and other members, please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be allowed to join the class.

• If you late cancel or no-show 3 times over a month period, the option to book online will be suspended for a month.

10% admin fee) for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date. For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% admin fee). If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme.

Teacher training payment policy: Deposit is paid upon registration.

Deposit is non-refundable*. If you cancel your participation later than 1 month before commencing the Yoga Teacher Training, then you are required to pay for the whole course in full*. If the Teacher Training gets cancelled, you will receive full refund of everything that you have paid. *Unless you are deemed medically unfit to participate in yoga for the foreseeable future (confirmation from your GP is required).

Discounts offered

20% discount for Seniors (OAPs), full time students and unemployed UB40s on all classes and workshops. Corporate discounts on request. For further information, contact One Yoga Limited on info@oneyogalondon.com

Introductory Offers

One Yoga London Limited may run promotional introductory offers from time to time. These offers are exclusively for New Students who are not already registered (“Members/Users”) with the Studio and are not for repeat use and only vaild for a limited time period.

Studio Opening Times

Details of class times at the Studio may vary from time to time. Class times will be published by the Studio on One Yoga London Limited Website www.oneyogalondon.com

Teachers

One Yoga London Limited prides itself on having some of the best teachers in the industry and accept payments on behalf of the teacher conducting the class. All teachers are responsible for their own Public Liability Insurance.

Personal Belongings

Personal belongings are brought into the Studio premises at the Member’s risk and One Yoga London Limited does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatever to such items. For security reasons Members are advised to take personal belongings and valuables into the studio and not leave them in the changing rooms.

Dress

Members are requested to dress appropriate to the practice of both Hot Yoga and room

temperature Yoga . Footwear should be removed on entry to the premises and left on the racks provided in accordance with instructions.

Limitation of Liability

The information available on or through One Yoga London Limited website, and the Services supplied via or in connection with One Yoga London

Limited website or at the One Yoga London Limited studio do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that our classes

and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so.

Members are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical

condition. One Yoga London Limited reserves the right to refuse access to any Member if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities. Members with low/high blood pressure and cardiac irregularities should consult a doctor before attending class. Members and their guests must notify the Studio of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued use of the Studio. To ensure safety,

Members should follow the instructions of the teacher at all times. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

In consideration of One Yoga London Limited accepting a person as a Member, the Member agrees that: Neither One Yoga London Limited, nor its partners, instructors and employees are responsible for any injuries suffered by the member caused whole or in part by the Member’s failure to faithfully follow the instructions of the instructor or by any physical

impairment of mine not fully disclosed to the Studios in writing. It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on One Yoga Limiteds web site (and provided by us to you as part of any Services or Products) is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and

suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on One Yoga Limiteds web site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.

Neither One Yoga London Limited, nor its partners, instructors and employees are responsible for loss or damage to a Member’s personal belongings. One Yoga London Limited cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. The

Company reserves the right to make alterations to the types of facilities provided, without notice and in its absolute discretion and One Yoga London Limited shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such

alterations except in so far as loss is by law incapable of exclusion. One Yoga London Limited reserves the right to change the class schedule,

including cancellation of individual classes and change of instructor without notice. You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive,

discharge and covenant, are not to sue One Yoga London Limited and its instructors for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

About using our site

You may use the Site for personal and lawful use and in accordance with these terms and you are not allowed to copy or use any material from the Site for any commercial purpose.

The intellectual property rights in all contents of the Site and supplied as part of the Products or Services, and in the One Yoga London Limited trade marks and logos (“Materials”) are owned by One Yoga London Limited. Except to the extent expressly set out in these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to make any copies of any part of any Materials, or remove or change anything on the Site, include or create links to or from the Site without our written authority, or remove or change any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in any Materials or copies thereof. ”

You must not use the Site to post, upload or otherwise transmit material which is obscene or pornographic, threatening, menacing, racist, offensive, defamatory, infringing of any

intellectual property or otherwise unlawful, to harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others, to misrepresent your identity or status, to hack into this Site or any other related computer system, to make excessive traffic demands, deliver viruses or forward chain letters or similar materials that may reasonably be expected to inhibit other users from using and enjoying the Site or any other web site or damage or destroy the reputation of One Yoga London Limited.

One Yoga London Limited accepts no obligation to monitor the use of the Site. However, One Yoga London Limited reserves the right to disclose any information as required by law and/or to remove, refuse to post or to edit any information or materials, to block your access and to take such other action as may be reasonably necessary to prevent any breach of these terms and conditions or any breach of applicable law or regulation. One Yoga London Limited will also in its absolute discretion fully co-operate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities with respect to any investigation of suspected unlawful activity or violation of network security.
