In the Field ‘Option’: select the option ‘P: Backdated PPF Details’.

Here we have to input balances in the PPF account as on previous six 31 March

02.04 Deposit Account Modification

OPTION (a):

Deposit/CC/OD Accounts & Services Amend Deposit/CC/OD Account

The next field is ‘Options’. The drop down here offers the following options: 1: Account details. Almost all the details (except the product related) details. 2: A/c Corresp. Address Details. Useful for setting up a separate correspondence address for the account.

3: Customer Language A/c Address Det/l. Presently since only one language is supported by the system, this option is non-functional.

4: Overdraft Details. Relevant only for Overdraft accounts

5: Account Names. To assign both a short as well as a set of long names. 6: Bonus Interest Details. This option is presently not being used.

7: Posting Restrictions. Maintain Posting Restrictions.

8: Reporting Restrictions. Certain type of Reporting masks can be put in place.

9: Account Type/Home Branch. For changing the product parameters as well as the defined home branch of an account.

10: TDS Details. Not currently in use.

A: Annuity Maturity Details. Applicable only for Annuity cases. B: Mode of Operation.

C: Back Dated RD details. Relevant only for RD accounts. P: Backdated PPF Details. Relevant only for PPF accounts. R: Transfer to PB/RD. Currently not in use.

02.17 CORRECTION

All transactions could be corrected (UNDO) in Bancs24 , where on using correction menu original entry is reversed and later correct entry may be posted into the system. This function can be used only on the same day before EOD.

NOTE: Trace Number is the Host Trace No. which could be found out through transaction enquiry in the account or through journal enquiry.

This option is used when some charge is to be tagged manually for recovery from the account

If the User wants to send to a particular Supervising User, he has to give the Supervising User’s ID in the ‘Supervisor ID/Group Capability’ field and Click “Send to Supervisor”

LOCAL SUPERVISOR
