Aims

The journals of the International Scientific Publications series aim to bring the results of scientific research carried out under a variety of intellectual traditions and organisations of procedures to the attention of a specialised readership. Therefore the publisher expects the submission of original manuscripts which contain analyses and solutions to important theoretical, empirical and normative issues.

Journal description:

media: on a CD-ROM and the journal web site www.science-journals.eu;

format: PDF format, allowing viewing, download and full-colour printout of manuscripts; structure: each volume has a cover, table of contents and inside pages;

manuscripts: only original manuscripts unpublished elsewhere are considered for publication in the journals; the journals can also include papers presented as talks or posters at the eponymous symposia and conferences.

Protection and identification:The journal is reliably protected using special technologies. It has an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number).

Journal language:English Deadlines and Fees

Deadlines for submission of manuscripts and publication dates

Submission of manuscriptsfor publication in ISP:ES and ISP:MMT: until 15 April; Publication date: till 30 June;

Submission of manuscriptsfor publication in ISP:EB; ISP:LIS; ISP:EA.: until 15 July; Publication date: till 30 September;

Submission of manuscriptsfor publication in all journals: until 15 December; Publication date: till 30 January next year.

Term for confirmation of the article acceptance for publication: within 20 workdays as of the date of receiving the article.

Fee payment term: 5 workdays as of the date of sending the article acceptance confirmation. Term for the publication: 20 working days, considering from the date of reception of a bank transfer. Publication fees

Authors pay the Publisher a fee for the publication of their manuscript.

Publication fee for one manuscript: 150 Euros. Publication fee for a second manuscript: 90 Euros * All prices are in Euro and include VAT.

** No more than two manuscripts by one author can be published in one volume. Each manuscript has to be minimum seven and maximum 20 typeset pages long.

*** Please inform your bank about the following when ordering the fee transfer: All bank commissions and charges are to be borne by the ordering customer.

The fee entitles the Authors to:

- the publication of one or two manuscripts (between 7 and 20 pages long each and formatted according to requirements) in one yearly volume;

- a ScienceBg Certificate of Publication (sent by email); - a copy article by e-mail (sent by email);

- the opportunity to freely read, print and download all journal volumes. Method of payment:pleasemark how you wish to pay in the registration form.

Bank charges: all commissions and charges are to be borne by the ordering customer. If this requirement is not observed, the publication fee is considered unpaid. The received publication registration form is regarded as invalid and the remitted amount is not refundable.

Invoices: to receive an invoice you need to provide the following information:

If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person: the person's full name and full address. If the bank transfer is ordered by a company or organisation: the legal name of the organisation, address, VAT number or identification code, name of recipient of the invoice and full address. Invoices will be sent as a PDF file by email. As they have a signature and a stamp in full colour, you need a high-quality printer to print out the original.

Reviewing and Indexing Reviewing

Each manuscript is reviewed by two anonymous, independent reviewers. The main evaluation criteria are: quality, impact, originality, innovativeness and internationally competitive potential.

Reviewers guarantee that the published manuscripts are of high quality and that the information they contain is correct and up-to-date.

Reviewers recommend that the submitted manuscript is published, rejected or sent back for revision. The Board of Editors deals with manuscripts only after they have been reviewed.

Editors guarantee that reviewing is complete and the Publisher’s rules are observed. Indexing

All International Scientific Publications journals are indexed by EBSCO Publishing www.ebscohost.com).

Reviewing: language, formatting, citation and references Each manuscript is reviewed by a language editor with regards to: - correct language use;

- conformity with the formatting requirements;

Formatting. All manuscripts have to be formatted according to the Publisher’s requirements. Please refer to ScienceBg Style for guidance. You can ask the Publisher to email you the formatting requirements in a separate file or view them on the journal web site.

References. All manuscripts have to use the citing and referencing style adopted in the journals. Please refer to the Harvard Style for guidance. You can ask the Publisher to email you a copy of the Harvard Style guidelines in a separate file or view them on the journal web site.

Spelling and punctuation. Authors can use either the US or UK variety of English spelling and punctuation. The chosen variety has to be used consistently throughout the manuscript. It is unacceptable to mix different styles, spelling and punctuation.

Revision. When advised by the language editor, the Publisher has the right to send back manuscripts to their authors for correction. The Publisher may also reject manuscripts for publication if the

suggested corrections are not implemented. Publisher

Publisher’s rights and obligations:

The Publisher has the responsibility to distribute and disseminate the manuscripts published in the journals. For the purpose, we have developed and employ Internet marketing schemes and cooperation with various partners.

The Publisher has the right to give permission for the re-use and re-publication of manuscripts, if required.

The Publisher decides whether free access shall be permanent, limited or temporarily suspended. The Publisher does not have to inform authors and users in advance when limiting access temporarily. The Publisher has the right to change the publishing requirements and the conditions for use of the journals on condition that he provides timely and appropriate information about it.

Manuscripts have to be formatted according to the Publisher’s requirements.

Manuscripts have to be minimum seven and maximum twenty typeset pages long. The publication of longer manuscripts is to be negotiated with the Publisher.

When the manuscript is written by more than one author, a corresponding author is appointed. The corresponding author fills in the publication registration form in his name and is responsible for all subsequent activities required by the Publisher until the publication of the manuscript.

The fact that the corresponding author has sent a completed registration form to the Publisher means that the corresponding author and his or her co-authors agree with the conditions for publication as defined by the Publisher.

Copyright:

Only original academic manuscripts related to the journal topics and unpublished elsewhere are considered for publication in the journals. The manuscripts must not be submitted for publication elsewhere at the time they are sent to the Publisher by their Authors.

The Authors grant the Publisher the right to publish and distribute their articles. The Authors may require and the Publisher may allow subsequent publication of the articles in other collections. The Authors are obliged to inform the Publisher if during the submission or editing of the manuscript they have offered or are offering it to another Publisher.

It is the Authors’ responsibility to obtain permission of the copyright holder for use of any copyright materials to be included within the article. Copies of the relevant permissions must be provided together with the manuscript submitted to the Publisher. The Publisher assumes no responsibility whatsoever, direct or implied, for any damages caused by the Authors to third parties or organisations. Libraries and Users

Users’ rights and obligations:

Users have the right to search, view and download journal volumes, manuscripts or parts of them for personal, non-commercial use and research purposes.

Users do not pay any fees for the above.

Users are not allowed to edit and/or change the contents and format of the volumes and manuscripts. Libraries

We offer cooperation to all libraries. The Publisher is obliged to provide the volumes of all journals to each partner library annually and gratuitously. The list of partner libraries is published and updated regularly on the Publisher’s web site. The Publisher has the right to choose partner libraries.
