TARMAC
We provide a complete tarmac laying and repair service. For smaller repairs we use a patching system which is extremely flexible, impermeable to water and provides a permanent fix that will probably outlast the existing surface.
Patching is simple, requires no compacting and is cost effective. It is also applied by hand so there is no waste and it is environ-mentally friendly. Of course, for large areas, it is generally more economical to use normal tarmac. However, when we encounter street furniture e.g. manholes and drains, we blend in Pacopatch to absorb the stresses and strains of everyday traffic use.
ROAD MARKINGS
Where white lining and highway marking is concerned, we have a large range of stencils, shaped for all your needs, from arrows, blocks and circles to disabled and mother and baby parking. All work is carried out in full compliance to national traffic regulations, using only highly durable polymer paints in a variety of colours. In all cases we can manage the entire project including dealing with local authorities, obtaining necessary permits, and providing any necessary traffic management. All work will of course comply with National Health and Safety and Traffic Regulations.
GRAFFITI
REMOVAL
GRAFFITI is an increasing problem in the UK and it should be removed within 24 hours of its appearance to deter further graffiti attacks as graffiti attracts graffiti. We remove all types of graffiti using a non-damage system from walls made of limestone, sandstone, brickwork, as well as plastic signage, Perspex and motor vehicles.

Gutters direct rainfall away from buildings to protect the outer skin of the property as well as the foundations. If there is a problem with the gutters it can cause water damage to property. CCTV DRAINAGE SURVEYS
If we are not able to find the cause of a blockage easily, we can take a closer look with our CCTV equipment. This allows our engineers to see exactly what the
problem is which means we can give you a really accurate estimate of the cost of any repairs.
Engineers feed a specialist camera head attached to a reel of cable into the drain to be surveyed. The camera head incorporates a lighting system and the resulting bright image is transmitted to a monitoring screen for assessment.
The result is forwarded to you on a DVD together with a site map and recommendations with costings where appropriate.
If the line is blocked our engineers will make every effort to clear the blockage to allow the survey to proceed using the equipment available to them. On rare occasions the line will be blocked to such an extent that a survey is not possible, however valuable information will be provided to enable you to make a decision about further action.
CCTV can also be a very useful way of identifying issues before they become more serious. For example you may wish to use it for drains on a home you are thinking of buying.

Advance engineers use high pressure jetting to clean the drains using specialist 3000 or 4000 psi units. These high pressure jets are capable of cutting through most obstructions in drains including grease and accumulated waste and debris.
DRAIN PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
The programme is tailor made to your individual requirements and offers planned maintenance of your drains, sewers and associated pipework. The idea is to keep the system flowing freely, so avoiding the problems associated with blockages and reduced flow.
All pipework is different and the frequency and type of service depends on the amount of use the system gets. Also, the substance being discharged, size of building and type and size of pipework are all contributing factors to the effectiveness of the system.

PATCH
LINING
Depending on the structural integrity of a pipe, we may be able to line a length of pipework using a Polyester / Felt Liner. By doing this we can greatly limit excavation and reduce time and costs.
PATCH LINING
Patch liners can also be used to repair holes in pipes and small cracks. Advance use Renoline patch lining kits. Renoline has been the market leader for many years. We offer a 5 year guarantee for our patch lining service. This is an innovative and more robust rehabilita-tion system that caters for much more severely damaged pipework where a standard polyester liner cannot be used. Like a seamless elastic sock it is capable of lining bends and is ideal for more complex drainage systems that are put under pressure.
By sealing the area of water ingress either using
localised patch liners or chemical grouting we prevent any fur.
Patch Lining works on the same principal as a lining but gives an even greater flexibility to localise a repair. By using any of these lining techniques we may be able to greatly reduce costs and disruption as we may be able to prevent major excavation under homes, offices or roads.

DRAIN
AND
PIPE LINING
Lining is a more effective and economical way of repairing cracked drains than excavation and renewal.
DRAIN LINING
Drain lining involves adding a resin liner to a damaged pipe. The resin liner will also improve the flow rate by reducing friction and provide a highly resilient, permanent, seamless tube inside your existing pipe or drain.
The resin impregnated liner may be blown into the drain using specialised equipment or winched through depending on circumstances. A removable inflatable tube is then blown in under pressure and liner is forced into contact with the previously defective pipe until curing takes place. Our skilled engineers calculate the chemical proportions of the resins taking into account the ambient temperature and ultra violet conditions, this ensures that each drain run is out of use for the minimum amount of time and that you can use it the same day.
CRACKED DRAINS
There are many reasons why drains crack. This may be due to ground movement or vehicle traffic or simply because old clay pipes rely on rigid cement joints that eventually fail. The result is the same, cracks appear and allow foul water to leak into the soil or fresh water to enter the system, roots then invade the line leading to blockages and the eventual collapse of the system. If remedial action is taken in time when a drain is cracked it is possible to restore the integrity of the pipes and prevent further deterioration. Drain lining is one method of repairing cracked drains.
PIPE
RE-ROUNDING
Many of the 40-50 year old pitch fibre pipes are squashed and deformed and in urgent need of repair. Re-rounding these pipes can be used to repair them.PIPE RE-ROUNDING
A method of re-rounding these pitch fibre pipes has been
developed. Using specialist equipment a series of dies are winched through the line removing the blisters and restoring the original profile of the defective pipe. Resin lining is then used and the result is a more efficient system with many years of life ahead.
SEWER
CONNECTIONS

After rain, roof and hard standing water is usually collected into the underground drainage system and disposed off site into the main surface water sewer, watercourse or soakaway. But if all of the developments in the surrounding areas are disposing of their water at the same time, this overloads the system.
Rainwater management can help in obtaining planning permission on sensitive development sites where planning authorities may be looking for innovative elements to be incorporated in the building.
