BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST
Overall Role Objective
The Business Support Analyst position provides general support across all industry segments that the Company sells to helping to set its strategic direction and align the market coverage capabilities of the Sales Team. The position utilizes various data mining and market analysis tools to identify new business opportunities and achieve results through the implementation and ongoing measurement of a Sales Force Effectiveness solution helping to create a strong team dynamic and high performance culture for the organization.
Summary of Position Responsibilities
1. Assist General Management with implementing a Sales Force Effectiveness solution
2. Assist with the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution
3. Physical mapping of current and prospective customer locations on Java and Sumatra
4. Work with all members of the Sales Team to create Default Sales Call Routing Itineraries
5. Implement an itinerary management system to help ensure effective market coverage
6. Monthly tracking of the number of customers sold to by each member of the Sales Team
7. Monthly calculation of the Productivity Index ratio for each member of the Sales Team
8. Attend and help lead monthly Business Review Meetings together with the Sales Team

10. Monthly tracking and measurement of actual sales results vs. the annual Sales Budget
11. Administration of a “traffic light” business development system for strategic partners
12. Execute market intelligence projects assigned and mentored by the Country Manager
13. Data mining & Import Statistics analysis for the competitive advantage of the Company
14. Profiling of new industries and potential focus products for new business development
15. Surveying industrial estates to determine companies present and their scope of business

Bornevia is a web-based helpdesk & ticket management software that is user-friendly, affordable, and best-suited for use at online business of any sizes.
