Custom premises
Each company requires specific accommodation. Our business centres offer a wide range of possibilities to suit your company perfectly.
• Office from 25 m2. Other options:
• Furnished offices for entrepreneurs who want to start immediately without investing time and money decorating their new offices
• Shared offices for entrepreneurs (for example freelancers) who want to rent a furnished office together
• Virtual offices for entrepreneurs who don't need an office but only want to benefit from the services and facilities of the business centre
• Studios from 50 m2 (with high ceiling and own
entrance). Other options:
• Industrial spaces from 75 m2 (with 5.40 m headroom,
reinforced floors, high-voltage current and wide doors) • Laboratories from 30 m2. Different kind of laboratories
are available.
• Electrotechnical labs fitted with wide doors, antistatic floors and walls, multiple air extraction, more extensive electricity supplies, compressed air, ademineralised water connection and wastewater removal
• Physical laboratories have wide access doors, antistatic floors and walls, multiple air extractors, plentiful electricity points, compressed air, argon and contaminated water drainage.

The Brainport Development business centres are located at various locations in the Brainport region (Nuenen, Valkenswaard, Helmond and Eindhoven). All the locations are exactly where, as a business person, you’d want to be: along through roads, right in a city centre or in a business park with other companies and institutions.
All the business centres have good accessibility with fast links to the motorways around Eindhoven. Every one of them offers sufficient parking. Not only for you and your employees but also for your customers. As you would expect, the buildings are modern, well maintained and have an allure appropriate to the companies they accommodate. Attractive rental prices
An all-in rental price is charged per m2 for accommodation
and facilities. The rental price comprises the following components:
• the basic rent
• contribution to the costs of central services and facilities, including:
• central reception desk, postal delivery, telephone service, subscription for central fax
• use of office equipment
• parking (with the exception of ßèta)
• cleaning costs for communal areas (inc. communal toilets)
• maintenance of green space, car park and building
• heating, lighting and insurances for the building (with the exception of building insurance)
• electricity: electricity consumption is included in the rental price of office and studio spaces (with the exception of Gilde).
In addition, the variable costs for the use of individual facilities and services are charged monthly in proportion to consumption. Rates are competitive. Detailed information about this is available in the brochure of the centre concerned.

Supplementary to the market mechanism, Brainport Development has various financing instruments of its own. Our business consultants can discuss the possibilities with you.

Brainport Development - BRE - TWICE
Brainport Development is a new-style development company, working with representatives from industry, knowledge institutions and government to strengthen the Brainport top technology region.
