INTERNATIONAL PROJECT:
”VOICE SERVICES & PLATFORMS FOR OPERATORS”
¾
To select two suppliers for the “Voice Multi-service Platform” on which to
develop a rich offer of voice services:
• Voice Mail (VM) with advanced features (call return, multi CLI, empty call capture, etc).
• Lost Call Notification.
• Vocal Access to Services and Contents (Voice Portal, VP).
• Evolution to Unified Messaging (UM).
¾
To define the ‘global’ requirements needed for this offer.
¾
To include in the selected platforms the capabilities needed to support
such services, by transferring the technology used in TME.
¾
To transfer TME experiences and best practices to the rest of the
Operators
including marketing and communications aspects.¾
To promote and support its implementation
by the Group Operators.GOALS
