- Diabetes Clinic: Actively see patients with my students and resident in the diabetes clinic and

consult with attending physicians and family practice medical residents on patients’ diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia medication therapy. This includes immunization counseling, insulin titration as well as oral diabetic medication dosing, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation.

- Anticoagulation Clinic: Actively see patients with my students and resident in the

anticoagulation clinic where we adjust patients’ warfarin dosing alongside an attending physician

- Adult Medicine Clinic: Consult with attending physicians and family practice medical residents

on various disease states affecting the adult population, which include: initiation of medications, dose titration, medication reconciliation, and patient counseling.

- Family Planning Clinic: Consult with the attending OB-GYN and OB-GYN residents on

methods of contraception and perform patient counseling.

- Hypertension Clinic: Actively see patients with my students where we recommend medication

initiation, dose titration, and perform patient counseling

.

- Residency Preceptor: Serve as the PGY1 residency preceptor for Montefiore’s ambulatory care

rotation component. Five residents rotated for four week rotations annually (initiated September 2011)
