Our bio fizzy tablets are a powerful treatment to eliminate blockages from drain lines, toilets and septic tank systems.

They release millions of beneficial bacteria to speed up the biodegradation of organic waste, reducing it to water and carbonate to help eliminate blockages, smells, and reduce pumping. Scan the QR code below for more info.

Safari lodge, Zambezi Valley

• I have a Safari lodge situated on the banks of the Zambezi River, Zambezi Valley in Zimbabwe. I have two septic tanks situat-ed at the main lodge, four septic tanks with soak away in the Zambezi Valley and three at my house in Harare. The septic tanks are all standard sizes; 3m long x 2m wide x 3m deep and waste flows from these into a soak away in the ground.

In 2012 we had a period of flooding that resulted in excessive water entering our septic tanks causing excessive odour. Normally we would pour lime into the septic tanks but found that this was not eliminating the odour and not breaking down the solid waste.

I discovered Delphis Eco Bio Fizzy Tablets and use one tablet per month per septic tank. We have completely eliminated the odour and found that the tablets break down the solid waste into liquid a lot quicker than without using the tablets.

We have not experienced any blockages since using Delphis Eco Bio Fizzy Tablets and, unlike in the past, has there been any need to empty our septic tanks.

HMP Service, Liverpool

• The product itself is very good. There has been a considerable difference in the amount of food, in particular fatty deposits, present in the drains since we have been using Delphis Eco Bio Fizzy Tablets. The drains appear to be clearer and the need for an external drain cleaning service has been reduced.

The product works better for me at HMP Liverpool than traditional dosing units. Since using your product we've had some really good results. The cost of the system is the biggest benefit for me. We have reduced our spend in this area considerably by switching from a traditional dosing system to the manual distribution of Bio Fizzy Tablets.

Our costs have reduced by at least half what we were spending before and the quality of the result speaks for itself.

I would recommend this product to any catering operation based on the results of the usage both here at HMP Liverpool and in the past when I used Bio Fizzy Tablets at HMP Kennet.

goodbye fatberg...

Delphis Eco’s Bio Fizzy Tablets consume a thick layer of

fat in just 5 days; leaving the drain fully functioning,

clean and odour free.

the problem…

Hertford Junior School in Hollingdean, Brighton, accumulated substantial fat deposits creating a ‘fatberg’ in one of its drains. This blockage caused noxious sewage smells in parts of the school.

the solution…

To use Delphis Eco Fizzy Tablets on an intensive basis for several days to reduce the fat build up and begin to clear the drain of smells. On day one, 4 tablets were dissolved into a bucket of tepid water and poured into the drain.

the results…

In just five days the thick layer of fat was broken down and dissolved using a total of just 16 Delphis Eco Bio Fizzy Tablets. The fat has been consumed and dissolved using friendly bacteria and will continue to consume fat where ever it finds it. This will enhance flow across the entire drain system.

Dear Sirs,

RE: Fizzy Tablets

We are requesting that the Environmental Health Department conduct some small scale trials with “Fizzy Tabs” in Zimbabwe so we are able to import the product into Zimbabwe.

Fizzy Tabs are a powerful toilet and septic tank treatment in an easy to use effervescent tablet form.

Fizzy Tabs release beneficial bacteria into septic tanks and enhance the natural populations of bacteria and replace those bacteria lost to antimicrobial soaps and other chemicals.

We attach the following in support of this application:-

1) Letter dated 22 September 2009 from Mr. F. Chinyayanhu of the Government Analyst Laboratory. 2) Material Safety Data Sheet for Fizzy Tablets.

3) Letter from the Procurement Officer of Chisipite Senior School who had conducted tests with Fizzy tabs.

4) Letter dated 15 January 2010 from Mr. G. Magaramombe of the Farm Community Trust of Zimbabwe regarding their trials in the Makonde district.

5) Newsletter from DelphisEco outlining trial successes in Zimbabwe.

We believe this product will be a powerful tool in Zimbabwe to combat problems experienced with septic tanks and associated health problems in this country.

We look forward to your comments and suggestions.

Sincerely,

Craig Chittenden Robert Mazuru

Dear Mr. B. Mapondera

Test for Efficacy of Fizzy Tablets in Blair Latrine: Makonde District

Reference is made to the above tests that were performed at Kanyaga primary school

in Makonde district.

The school chose a full Blair latrine used by 15 members of staff where sludge was 30

cm from the surface.

As per your instruction the test was carried out over a period of seven days on a single

squat hole from 18 to 24 January 2010. The Fizzy tablets were first mixed in a 20 litre

bucket of water before the mixture was poured over the sludge in the latrine. On day

one 7 tablets were used, 6 were used on day two, 5 were used on day 3 and so on

until 1 tablet was used on day seven. A total of 28 tablets were used. This was done

on or about 0800hrs daily.

The school reports that they observed the following;

o

The mixture was effective on sludge towards the edges of the pit

o

The mixture was not working on fresh deposits that were at the centre of the

pit

o

The contents of the pit retreated by 45 cm during the experiment.

It was concluded that the fizzy tablets should be used to treat latrines that are not in

use to avoid distorting the results.

Yours faithfully

G. Magaramombe

EXPERIMENT:

DAY 1

A septic tank blocked with feacal material was selected. The septic tank had thick feacal material,

was not flowing, and had a bad smell.

DAY 2

Two tablets were dissolved in a bucket (20l) and added to the septic tank and observed for five days.

DAY 3

The layer of the feacal material was seen to be thinning and water was visible.

DAY 4

The layer of the feacal material was seen to be further thinning, water was visible and was seen

to be flowing freely. The smell was reduced and the volume lowered.

DAY 5

The layer of the feacal material was seen dissolved completely, the whole feacal material was in

solution , flowing freely and no bad smell.

OBSERVATIONS:

1.

The smell was very strong and heavy feacal material before the tablets were introduced to the

septic tank.

2.

After 3 days, the level of the feacal material was reduced, the particles were reduced in size, the

volume was reduced to three quarters and the smell was reduced.

3.

After 4 to 5 days the level of the feacal material, the particles size and the volume was further

CONCLUSIONS:/RECOMMENDATIONS

Bio-fizzy tablets are very effective in removing smell and also reduce level of human waste in a pit

toilet or septic tank. Therefore, the product can be used in pit latrines, overflowing septic tanks, soak

pits and also in bucket toilets as well as in blocked sewer pipes.
