The Xenos ES Repository Services Interface provides a common way of accessing content in external repositories. Applications can access content stored in external repositories through integrated services to manage the underlying communication, including the abilities for:

Repository User Interface
Repository User Interface (RUI) provides an intuitive GUI for accessing content on disparate enterprise archives. RUI connects multiple repositories for consolidated content access, enabling users to search, retrieve and view content stored across the organization.
Repository User Interface Includes:
• Document View: Documents can be opened and viewed directly in RUI. With the View As feature, users can dynamically transform non-viewable document formats like AFP to viewable formats including PDF and TIFF. • Search: Basic and Advanced Search capabilities enable users to search for documents across applications.
Basic search allows users to search for documents by using document properties, while advanced search allows users to use advanced scripting to search across multiple applications.
In addition to integrating with ECM systems, Xenos ES also provides value-added services to better leverage enterprise content in
supporting business strategies. Xenos Transformation Services provides the functionality and support required to Transform Data and
Documents by extracting, indexing and repurposing information from documents and high volume print streams. Transformation Services

Xenos ES offers the ability to deliver Accessible PDF Documents. Xenos ES fully integrates with Xenos Axess to transform high volume

Xenos Axess captures content from electronic documents, identifi es tables, sections, fi elds and images and inserts alternate text and appropriate tags to output as accessible PDF documents. With Xenos ES, Process Flows and associated components, confi gurations and resources can be stored in the Confi guration Manager. Confi guration Manager allows Process Flows to be deployed across multiple Xenos ES instances and Xenos ES clusters, enabling Process Flows to be easily deployable on development, testing, staging and production instances.

In addition to storing Process Flows for server and cluster deployment, the Xenos ES Confi guration Manager also enables collaboration between team members on a project. The version control capability allows versioning of project resources with the ability to rollback to previous versions or labels. Administration Console:
Xenos ES’s built-in monitoring tools provide a single 360° view of all processes. From the built-in thin-client, administrators can monitor and manage server health, statistics, job execution, and other critical elements across all Xenos ES instances.
Job Scheduler:
Allows process fl ows, components and events to be scheduled for desired run times. Businesses with nightly batch jobs can queue jobs during the day for execution during lights-out operations. Additionally, administrators can set up actions if a scheduled job has not run such as running a process fl ow or sending a notifi cation.
Logging System:
Provides the option of either a single log for all messages or defi ne granular logging for each process fl ow
component. Specialized logging levels allow control of the precise amount of detail needed for debugging streamlined logs for testing, deployment and production purposes.
