Dear Parents and Guardians,

Selected candidates are to note the following details in regard to the admission pr

ocedure

for Play Group

Session 2016 - 2017.

Parents and guardians are requested to confirm your acceptance of this admission

by presenting with all original documents at the time of admission as per following

schedules.

Section A

Bank Deposit Slip is to be collected from the Accounts Office, on the above

mentioned day according to section.

Admission fees must be deposited

in Cash,

at the Axis Bank, 69, Ganesh Chandra

Avenue, Kolkata 700 013. Phone No.

on the date mentioned

above.

Failure to deposit the fees on the stipulated date will lead to cancellation of

admission.

The counterfoil of the Deposit Slip will have to be shown to the Accounts Office

immediately on deposition of the fees, on the same day, for completion of admission

formalities from our end. Your ward’s name will automatically be stuck off the Class

list if you do not complete the admission formalities by the respective dates.

SCHOOL TIMINGS

:

The daily Class Timings for Play Group will be from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Children must be

collected promptly at the specified time.

VI.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

IDENTITY CARD IS TO BE SHOWN AT THE GATE AT THE TIME OF DISMISSAL.

Once admitted students must abide by all rules and regulations of the school and take part

in all school events / programmes (as specified in the School Diary) or that is introduced

from time to time.

April 2016. The following timing is to be followed

8:30 - 10:30 a.m. – till Summer Vacation & 8:30 - 11:30 a. m. – after Summer Vacation.

Note

: The ADMIT CARD must be pinned to the child’s uniform on the first day of the school and the

child shall directly be taken to the classroom from 8:15 a. m. onwards from the main gate of the

school. The classrooms are located on the ground floor of the North Wing.

Escorts will not be

permitted to accompany the children to their classrooms. No student will be allowed to

enter the school after 8:30 a.m.
