At WeDo we think communication as a dialogue. We know that meaningful dialogues need as well

relevant form and content before their target. Besides, they need to take place in an appropriate time and place, when our converser is open to a dialogue. Hence the relevance of planning. Hence the relevance of a high quality design conceived in a strategic way.

Through the Brand Dialog activation®, each

contact between a brand and its public is worked as a dialogue, which will always leave an influencing memory of behavior and purchase decisions. The goal of the Brand Dialog activation® is to activate in an

integrated manner a whole mix of brand experience, that is, this whole series of dialogues between the brand and its target public with will influence the brand’s image building and its market results.

Holds a Management degree from UNA-MG, grad work in Marketing from PUC-RJ and a Management MBA from UCLA - Anderson School of Business, Los Angeles, CA. During seven years occupied several management positions in the areas of sales/trade marketing, products/brands and planning of Souza Cruz.

He was the responsible for the implementation of DBM and Relationship Marketing at Oi / Telemar and directed the business area of Globo.com during the years 2003 and 2006.

Since 2006 is a partner of WeDo, responsible for the planning department.

carlos Magalhães

Planning Director

Economist from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ, with a MBA in Marketing from Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV and specialization in Marketing from UCLA – Los Angeles. Executive Director of WeDo Marketing Promocional, for 6 years held management positions in the Marketing and Trade Marketing Depts. of Souza Cruz. Acted as Financial Coordinator of the Marketing and Communication Workshop in Rio de Janeiro and as Customer Care Director of By Promotion in São Paulo.

Responsible for the conception of WeDo, founded in April 2002.

Graphic designer from the Faculty of Cidade (RJ), concluding his studies at the School of Visual Arts (NY). Since his return to Brazil, in 1994, accomplished several works in the areas of music, cinema, fashion and editorial design. Among them, we highlight CD’s for Gal Costa, Daniela Mercury, Paralamas and Tribalistas; catalogs for M. Officer, Sandpiper and Salinas; editorials published in the magazines Big, Vizoo, Acido Surtido and V (Visionaire); besides the art direction of the magazines MundoMix Magazine and Modamix C&A.

following exhibitions: Imagem do Som, Brasil AD Design (Art Directors Club – NY), 8th Design Biennial, Mostra Foco Brasil (Shanghai), besides a group exhibition at the National Museum of Fine Arts.
