- ( 1999-2003 ) mandated by Minister to lead Health Canada & DOJ investigative teams on ( 9 ) 2-week visits to British American Tobacco Depository in Guildford, U.K. to support Canada’s tobacco-related litigation

- Special Presenter, Youth for Health Ukraine/Canada project conference, Kiev, Ukraine, 2001; presented major segment on tobacco control issues in

industry advertising to youth and women; invited to lead seminar with Ukrainian health professionals ( SPOK ) at Canadian Embassy, Kiev
